I stayed here for three nights. It has a fully equipped guest kitchen. I wish I was more prepared to bring groceries to use this kitchen. It's not fancy but it has got everything you need. There are a couple of short trails around this place, which is also nice if you have time to take a walk in the...

We stayed at Yosemite Bug for one night as part of a tour. When we arrived it looked interesting to say the least. Little cabins in the middle of the woods... a bit creepy to tell you the truth! If my guide didn't tell me where I could find my cabin, the map is quite hard to read. Definitely check...

The lodge was fine but expensive for what it was. Granted one of the closer places to the park but toilet had a permanent leak and there was no hot water. Granted we didn't plan ahead so took what we could get but I would say just average.

I slept in both the heated tent and the dorm which were both in great condition. I especially loved the restaurant, with a very warm and welcoming vibe. I would recomment this place to any traveler With the public yards bus it takes almost 1,5 hours to get there from yosemite valley, but the drive is stunning

we stayed in one of the private rooms and were amazed by how good it was. The room was 100USD inc all taxes which was the cheapest room we have stayed at in America by far and incidentally the best. The mattress was memory foam and we slept blissfully. The actual room was large, beautifully and slightly eccentrically furnished and...

I have to start with the beds. They were the best ones I've slept in a while! Memory foam mattres is really what you want after a long day of hiking. Food in the restaurant is reasonable priced and really good! The portion sizes are hearty and definitely will fill you up. Only "bad" thing is that alcoholic drinks are...

This review may be more useful for backpackers and people on a budget. My boyfriend and I only stayed here for 2 nights whilst backpacking the states. We stayed in a private tent with shared bathroom. Our tent overlooked the mountainous views surrounding this resort - it was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The inside of the tent was clean and...

Stayed here one night. If you drive up to the top of the driveway after lodging its a great place to view the night sky. Pipes after showering were a little noisy. Accommodations were great. The restaurant for breakfast was reasonably priced with GREAT food and wonderful boxed lunches to take with us into Yosemite! I highly recommend the boxed...

If you love the outdoors, and you should if you're off to Yosemite, you'll love this place. Much written about the cafe which we used for breakfast, the packed lunch (sandwich filling packed separately to avoid soggy sandwich syndrome) and dinner. Great menu changed daily. Reasonable value too. Good options for us vegetarians. We had a private cabin with veranda...

There's not much to choose from if you want to spend less than $100 per head in the Yosemite area, so despite its rough edges, Yosemite Bug is quite endearing and I'd happily return again. Great firepit. Decent restaurant/bar/sitting room with fireplace and a nice vibe. Dorm rooms are basic. A bit worn. Mattresses VERY soft. 12 beds in each...
