We were very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk reception was rude, the room was dated and dirty, starting from the inside entry door, mold in shower ceiling, carpet was dirty, black out drapes were barely hanging on rods, and the heat/air conditioning unit was large and sooo loud. I didn't even think of checking the bed, since we...

So disappointed in this hotel. Not sure how they can be a 4 on TripAdvisor. All the pictures on there are the nicest the hotel has probably ever looked. The outdoor areas are nothing like what they show online. Both fire pits were not working. The heater lamps didn't have any propane tanks. Spider webs everywhere. Outside lights were broken....

First, Monterey is lovely, the flowers blooming everywhere are gorgeous. This hotel is covered with flowers. We stayed in a townhouse, the maid service was excellent, the place was clean, new toiletries everyday, fresh towels, nicely made up. It's fairly close to everything and Del Monte Center right across the street. I would stay there again, which is my best...

We stayed the weekend at the Mariposa Inn March 17-18 2017 with our family of 4 while our twin boys were getting their PADI certification. We could not be happier with our stay. Our room had two beds (a queen downstairs and king upstairs), two full baths, two TVs, a fireplace and a small balcony over looking the facility. The...

Stayed for one night with my husband for a weekend getaway to Monterey and Pebble Beach. It's closely situated to downtown Monterey and right off main highway so easy access to Pebble Beach and Big Sur. The room was cozy and had a nice sitting area separate from our bedroom. The bedroom area had a nice fireplace and a sliding...

Thank you so much for your feedback, we are delighted to hear that you would come back again on another short getaway, we hope to welcome you back very soon! Best...

We stayed here two nights, the first night we slept soundly due to our early wake up to get to the airport. The second night we had noisy neighbors, but that wasn't the motel's fault. We only encountered friendly staff. The ladies in the breakfast area were more than accommodating and so very sweet. The second morning we were there,...

We stayed here for two nights on route from LA to SF. Ideal location for exploring Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach. Just off Route 1. This is basically a motel, the room was comfortable with excellent bed and couch and I pod dock but unfortunately this was a bit temperamental. There is an enormous shopping centre opposite with a choice of...

Our first impression was that is was a very quaint little motel. Which it really is. It is not suites by any means, but the rooms are cute. In all fairness to the motel though, they do advertise that they have some suites, but ours was definitely not one of them. We went last month (January) so the room was...

Hi Diane, Thank you very much for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed most aspects of your stay with us, but, naturally, we are disappointed at the service you received, particularly given the situation with your husband's knee. Our aim is to make every guest's stay as positive as can be, and we apologize profusely that we didn't...

My boyfriend, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel doesn't look like much when you pull up but that changes once you get to your room. This hotel is also not far from attractions such as Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fishermans Wharf. Also, the shopping center across the street offers some food and shopping options...

My family stayed here in December. It was very comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. It's not far from downtown Monterey, about 5 minute drive or $7 Uber ride. There's a shopping centre/mall nearby (walking distance) with selection of Pizza, PF Chang and other restaurants. Overall it's a great place to stay that offers complimentary breakfast as well.
