Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I arrived there were two guys in the lobby waiting...a long time to see the front desk guy. Both guys said they were not going to check in. On of the guys room had the tv stolen and the other insisted someone had smoked in the room. I wish I...

The room was a handicap room which was fine, very large bathroom and very clean overall. The bed was very comfortable. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee to make. I did check out early and there was no breakfast/coffee available in the very small lobby. Because of my late check in and early check out,...

This hotel was very disappointing. There was a big stain under the sink, the Wi-Fi sucks, and when I arrived on Tuesday there was laundry in the hallway. When I left on Thursday the laundry was still in the hallway. They advertise that they have breakfast but when I was at the lobby at 7:30 the doors were locked and...

Thank you very much for providing us with your review. We are disappointed to hear your feedback, and we apologize for being so slow to move our laundry. We do offer a limited continental breakfast, I am not quite sure why this was not available on the morning of your stay, and I apologize that this was the case. We...

I stayed here for 3 nights in late June 2016 on a business trip to Silicon Valley. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine. The air conditioning worked. The place was quiet for being on a big street. The cost was high - about $200 - for what I got. My mediocre rating is because there was...

I've read the other reviews for this site, and for the princess who can't sleep because of cars, HELLO.. the hotel is located on the El Camino. The street is busy because this is Silicon Valley, and everyone wants to move here to my town. Don't like noise? Go take your business to Boise. For the little prince who wants...

The room had 2 queeens a tv, small fridge and microwave, coffee maker with powder sugar and cream, soap and shampoo. Just not much space. The bathroom was adequate. Even though the shower had a rounded shower curtain bar it felt like you needed to stand sideways to avoid touching curtain or wall. The rate was around a buck twenty...

Cheap, no frills. They don't have any amenities, such as the little hotel soaps, pen, pad of paper, etc. You get what you pay for here. The only plus, Taco Bell is right next door. I would give it zero stars if I could. I won't be back. Not customer friendly.

First impression, the clerk is not very customer oriented. Not only did he place me in a loud, street facing room when I asked for a quiet place to sleep, he put me near the stairs so I had to hear everyone coming and going. Second impression, I need to buy flip flops to use the shower. (See picture) It...

One of the lamps was missing a lampshade, so couldn't use it due to the glare The jamb of the bathroom door had been previously splintered somehow. When I opened the door in in the middle of the night, the jamb and lock stop came loose, dropping two sharp-pointed screws onto the floor. The "theft-proof" clothes hangars were missing and...

We stayed here when we went to a night concert on a Sunday night at the Shoreline. We had hoped to be close enough to walk, but it was an easy enough drive just down to Shoreline Boulevard to the parking lot. The room was clean, newer furniture, carpet, bedding and a comfortable bed. It's nothing fancy, but everything you...
