Stayed at the hotel for about a week. While the room was comfortable, I lost my wireless head phone which I had left in the room before leaving for the day. When I complained to hotel manager, I was told that they have searched it everywhere and can't find it. Finally, they did not even pay any compensation.

Hotel Aria is perfect for business visitors for following reasons: - rooms are adequately sized, not too large or small - maintained well, clean - though a little effort in keeping it spotless will be great - reception staff is good. Some of them do seem temperamental, and courteousness will not be visible. Example- I checked in the morning, but...

I came here with my mother and brother, they gave us a great room, whenever I passed by they were friendly, breakfast was really tasty, location is great, and they are really accommodating, its definitely a great choice and I have no clue why people don't like it, 5/5 would stay again

This property needs major updating; it felt like I was in a time warp and was actually creepy. The carpets were stained, the fixtures were old, the ceilings low...it was as if Jack Nicholson was going to axe his way through a door at Any moment. Even the last costly areas were sorely neglected: the soap was the size of...

I checked in last Sunday late, seemed like a $49 Reno strip hotel with a hand painted sign on the stucco and the old one painted over in a different color..but Palo Alton is expensive..so I figured that is what $170 gets there. the single elevator was gross, but the room was large, bed was OK and it was late....

This hotel is right on El Camino, but set far back enough from the street that it was quiet. Impeccably clean, with some nice personal touches such as cookies at check-in. Our room was enormous: a two-room suite with a kitchenette, a king size bed, and a pullout sleeper sofa. The bed was super-comfy! I wish the toiletries were higher-grade,...

This was a very clean, spacious room with free wi fi, breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, iron, (toiletries could be better) but ok for the price. The prices change day to day probably due to capacity. They have a nice sized outdoor pool and jacuzzi (which is unusual). I would have given it a 4 star if they cleaned the carpet in...

Yes, the hotel is "basic"...but the location is great and it was super quiet for a Saturday night! Angela at the front desk was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was a bit small, and the TV is small...but Hotel Aria more than does the job. The hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, hashbrown potato, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cold cereals, juice,...

This hotel clearly hasn't had a facelift in a decade or more. The place was just barely acceptable for a business trip. I was also really disappointed because there was no room service or on-site restaurant.
