Worst & smallest room ever. If you are claustrophobic, do not stay here as you won’t be able to breathe. The accommodations are not worth the price. The only good part are the cute slippers they provide.

Good afternoon, Nalipooh. I am so sorry to hear that the size of our accommodations made you feel claustrophobic. We have many different types of guest rooms ranging in size from 285SF to 780SF. Please feel free to reach out to me prior to your next visit so I can ensure you have a room with a little more elbow room. All my best, Michael | General Manager

The Property is nice, the Valet experience leaves a lot to be desired. 20-30 minutes to have a car pulled around is a bit much. I tried to talk to a manager, but the guy working at the front desk told me there was not a singular manager I could talk to because it is owned and operated by a large corporation, despite his coworker telling him to just tell me who the manager is. Very insulting and not appreciated. I would expect the level of customer attracted to The Archer Napa is a little more intelligent than how I was treated. This all occurred when we were checking out on the morning of the 3rd of Nov.

Good afternoon. I appreciate your honest feedback surrounding your departure experience. Rest assured, we are not part of a big chain hotel and I am disappointed that your concerns were not directed to the appropriate manager-on-duty. If you would like to discuss further, please email me at michael.collins@archerhotel.com and I'd be happy to set up a time. All my best, Michael | General Manager

First time in Napa, Fist time staying at an Archer Hotel, neither failed to please. Beautiful area, the hotel has that chic ambiance and staff that has a main goal of you feeling like royalty, with none of the snobby pretense that can ruin a experience as such. Bathrobes, Slippers, luxury soaps / products all combine to make you feel that you are having a spa experience. A touch of deserved luxury. If the spa feel eludes you in the room, make an appointment at the Spa on the rooftop, individual or couples massage, a wet deck to grab a spot of sun, nice little roof top bar for that after experience cocktail. Have a great trip, I know I did and returned a better soul because of it.

Very nice, very modern, love the roof top bar, love the big balcony, room was pretty small, service was fine and attention. NO COFFEE until 7:00 is too late, we are East coasters who are up early AM, and would like coffee as we work/plan to fly out early.

Hello Freehold. Thank you so much for the kind review. We all love early morning coffee and that is why we have a Nespresso coffee maker in every room. It's perfect to sip on while sitting on that big balcony, overlooking downtown. All the best, Michael | General Manager

This hotel is nicely situated in the heart of the city of Napa. It has all the trimmings you would expect from a luxury hotel as well as handmade caramels in the room and a wine fridge to store your purchases from touring the wineries. Our stay was made all the more special by Elizabeth at the front desk. From check in she was friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. She greeted my husband and me *by name* each time she saw us. Her helpful attitude was the icing on the cake for our stay.
