Hotel was small, quaint and clean. Quiet for the most part but did get a little night traffic in the hallways since we were located next to the restrooms. Good for the price point but main complaints were the extra small rooms (barely room to walk around bed)and sharing bathrooms with the rest of the hotel. Only 2 toilets and...

Great Napa Hotel, a very comfortable place to stay while visiting Napa. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and accomadating. The breakfast is over the top for a complimentary continental breakfast. The hosts prepare fresh waffles and wait on you as though you are in a five star restaurant . This was our second...

Quaint, comfortable, with an excellent staff. There are not a lot of rooms. Bed & Breakfast meets small hotel. Owners are active in managing. Staff is happy and friendly. We used to have another "go-to" hotel in Napa but it wasn't available so ended up discovering this one. Gold!!!! Location could not be better. Close to everything.

Great breakfast of fruit (berries!), waffles, homemade stuff, cereal, etc Rooms are a good size and shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. You need a car in Napa anyways, so the location is fine!

The hotel is more of a B and B feel. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids as the hotel is very small and the rooms surround the lobby area. We felt you couldn't really socialize in the lobby as everyone in their room could hear you. Breakfast was waffles, fruit, oatmeal and a baked good. Cookies and milk were served at...

We stayed for two nights and were very pleased indeed with our stay. This BW is more of a quaint inn with a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were informed that there were fresh baked poppy seed muffins with tea or coffee available. They do the extra things that make your stay enjoyable. Fresh baked cookies in the...

We had never been to Napa and had trouble deciding which hotel would be most convenient for our plans. This hotel was recommended by another travel book and trip advisor. It is small with a couple of buildings and much more like a bed and breakfast. The location is perfect for traveling to visit wineries The breakfasts were very nicely...

Stayed in Napa one night, and this place was in a great location and offered all the amenities you'd ever need. Tom, the owner, is super-friendly and helpful. He really helped to make us feel at home. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Grab those homemade cakes/muffins, they are amazing. Hot tub looked great, but didn't get a...

We can't say enough about the staff who were always cheerful and offering to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the B&B atmosphere in the open hospitality area just inside the lobby where there was always water, hot coffee and hot water for tea, and fresh baked cookies @6pm, The breakfast was superb, offering freshly made...

It is a 3 star hotel for a reasonable price in this expensive town. A bit outside of downtown core and a bit noisy with traffic. But otherwise clean place, large rooms, nice staff who moved us to a somewhat quieter room.
