Had an awesome one night stay in dorm style cottage room 38A. The room has a single bed and single bunk beds. It also has an old small wooden table with two chairs and a wall with large windows overlooking the patio and ocean. There...More
I've had the fun of staying in several of the dorm rooms in cottage 38 on the bluff, and this was the first time I've been in 38B.

It is tiny but there is room to walk around the bed with a walker. It has a full size bed with room on one side and in front of bed. It is really just a place to sleep but nice that it has its own bathroom. I don't think you would want to be in the room except to sleep. The patio is awesome but I don't think there was a ramp just a couple stairs.

The only access is via the path, down the stairs that put you right by the Beachcomber. Currently no access from the front of the cabins. I don't know if that will change when they complete their next phase.
