This park is in a good location and the management who checked us in was wonderful but..... There is a lot (I would say 1/3) of the tenants are permanent residence. I don't have a issue with cats but in the morning they were all over the place and I noticed one resident had them living under there "older" permanent...

We enjoyed our stay here & plan to come back for perhaps a month just for relaxation. Our spot was #12 (near the office/pool) & we could hear the trains but barely noticed the sound. I think the tent campers would definitely have issues being right next to the tracks. Spaces are indeed small but we did fine. Our 35'...

The only reason we stayed here was to visit friends that live a few miles away. This place is not big rig friendly, only 30 amps for large 5th wheel, sewer and water locations are not conducive to normal length line and sewer. Unless you are a very experienced driver and thank goodness I married one...you will have issues getting...

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Shazamlamb, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your site. We have a lot in store for our park in the upcoming 2017 year including site upgrades that include 50 amp service. We hope you will try us out again in the upcoming year and let us...

1. WE reserved the largest spot out of 4 spots, they stated we would have it. When we arrived they gave us spot #1 which was the smallest spot out of 4. We realized they did not reserved the spot at all ,instead there were people on the site already. We then settled for spot t# 2. Obviously the left...

The site was ok. Not enough space for trailer and vehicle as they put a tree where the vehicle would park. The front staff were nice but the office was empty. It was odd. Laundry machines worked well. The pool was clean. The price was way too high but all of San Diego area is overpriced for camping.

This is a horrible place to go if you are camping in tents. The camp area is right by the railroad that runs all the time! So loud and can't sleep. The site was littered w/ cigarette butts and beer bottle tops. Lots of broken down stuff and run down. No security, and around bars. People yelling outside park and...

We stayed there for six nights and could not get one full night of sleep. We were in a RV and I felt like the trains ran inside our bedroom. The whistle goes on forever at 2:15 AM. Every time you turn around the trains are passing by blowing the whistle around 9 times at the crossing. The park is...

Pros: Less pricey than other rv parks close to the ocean Within walking distance to stores, beaches, groceries, strand. Fences between each site Concert slab, larger sites then across the road. Some mature trees for shade in the north side of the park. Medium size dog run, three times larger than the one across the road. Dog friendly compared to...

We are not picky by nature. We know that there is no perfect destination. This is our first year as snowbirds, and this was our first stop. We were prepared for the concerns that we had read online. We identified the ant issue, discussed it with the owner, who by the way are lovely people, and used all available precautions,...

We stayed at this park in a motorhome in early October, 2014. It was very clean and the sites were well maintained. We used the pool and jacuzzi and were very pleased. The only problem is the train that runs right by the park all night.
