There are many positive things about the Ojai Rancho Inn. Parking is easy, downtown Ojai is easy to reach - especially walking the trail at the rear of the property - the rooms are clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The reception staff member on arrival was really friendly and welcoming and staff tended to our problems immediately and resolved...

We came here with a group of friends to celebrate a wedding and rented 4 rooms. When we booked, the rooms were supposed to be adjacent to each other, but when we checked in - this was no longer the case and they wouldn't be able to accommodate. However, they did gift us a few bottles of bubbly for the...

Ojai Rancho Inn is a cute place to stay for the weekend with friends or family. The rooms are pretty small, but most likely, you're not spending time in the room. There's lots to do in Ojai. Despite being right off the main road in Ojai, the rooms were pretty quiet. There's a bike/walking trail right behind the hotel which...

We recently spent two nights here. Unfortunately, our room was very close to the main thoroughfare and road noise was an issue. Our room was very clean and tidy, however. The small kitchenette counter tops needed some attention and over-all upgrading. Also, some of the bath towels, especially the hand towels and wash cloths had become thin and really needed...

This is a refurbished motor lodge. It's super charming! It's been brought up to hipster standards but is still rough around the edges in a few ways that make it still feel like a motor lodge. The rooms are very clean and simple. And sort of eclectic! Most of the rooms have gigantic jacuzzi tubs which honestly look a little...

Very cute place. Staff was very nice. Chiefs Peak wine bar onsite was wonderful. A charming local scene carefully curated. But for about $250 a night you expect all to be functional. Rm 9 too dark to see in your suitcase. Hot water in tub but not in shower. No heat. Rm 10 heat ok but no hot water anywhere......

I was a little iffy about this place, but it turned out great! Very retro and a unique experience. Don't expect a luxury hotel!! This place is somewhat hipster, but the room was nice and so was the staff for a more budget friendly option in Ojai. Very convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We usually stay here every trip to Ojai, because of the Hippy Cali vibe, but this last trip was a disaster. We drove up Sunday night to celebrate my birthday on Monday and we advised the hotel we would be checking in later around 10PM. The front desk staffer called us at 9:21PM to see when we would arrive. Told...
