I would ask to speak to Christopher at The Capri, I think he's the manager/owner. I was once charged for an additional night when I was already checked out and they corrected the error right away. If that fails I would contact my credit card and try to get a refund that way. I was onced charged hotel fees when my Groupon didn't say fees would be charged and I got that refunded by American Express.
