I have delt with the resort on a couple of occasions and have been very disappointed. The first time I reserved a specific camp site in the back as well as two around it. I knew we might be a more rowdy group. When we arrived they had changed the sites even though I had pre-paid and made a specific...

We went to this motel for a weekend get-away with some friends as it is close to Lassen National Park. There are a few attractions around, e.g. the subway caves and the next gas station is about 3 miles. They have a public area where also the motel guests can barbeque (while each cabin has their own outdoor fireplace). There...

We love it at Hat Creek.. Step out the door and fish. My idea of roughing it. We had the cabin with two bedrooms this time. it is a little small for 4 people. They have such a small kitchen. Not enough chairs inside to sit four at the table. It was raining and snowing this time, so we really...

Although not fancy resort, it was a nice clean room right in the middle of the wilderness. Room was priced fine, room clean, nice double bed with frig, microwave, TV and even a local store. Manager was friendly and when we arrived at 9:00 the office was closed, but they were available to show us the way. Seemed like it...

We stayed in the motel area of the resort on the first floor. The room was very clean; however, there was no maid service on the second day. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Television available but with few channels; however, this is a rather remote area. Quiet and peaceful at night. Internet access in area is very weak.

While on a camping trip to Lassen Park, the weather was forecast to be rainy and windy. After spending the prior evening cooking and sleeping in the rain, we sought shelter. We booked for two night their cabin with a kitchen. We stayed inn number 5. It has a small kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. There...

We stayed in a motel room with a single queen bed. The room was very nice with a refrigerator and microwave which was useful since there are no restaurants within a reasonable driving distance. We were able to make our dinner and breakfast. The room was exceptionally well maintained and clean but relatively small but adequate. I would ty there...

We recently stayed at Hat Creek Resort and RV Park for 5 nights in our RV. I can’t provide any feedback about the Cabins, Hotel or Yurts since we didn’t stay in any of those. When we arrived at the RV park an employee guided us to our RV site and helped us park our RV, this was very helpful...

Had a good, one night stay. It appears to be an old 'cabin resort' that has been expanded with RV spaces. I'd give it a 5 except for the proximity of the busy road that has traffic all night. Many spaces are close to the creek with the relaxing sound of rushing water but the occasional truck hurts that experience....
