Could not have asked for a better experience. I was attending a wedding being held at the hotel and everything was perfect. And VERY accommodating - they took care of my food allergies without a problem. I can't wait to go back!

A wonderfully rustic hotel with everything you need in the heart of the Squaw Valley village. Love the restaurant and bar. Staff was great, always very helpful and friendly. We were there in a big rain and wind storm last weekend and felt like we were really in the mountains. The included breakfast was fantastic, and the free bikes were...

GP - Thank you for the kind words on your autumn weekend experience. The rain in the Valley and snow on the mountains is definitely getting us fired up for the coming winter. It's good to read you were able to enjoy a bike ride along the river as it's indeed a beautiful spot to enjoy the fresh air. We...

My daughter's wedding was here last weekend, we could not have chosen a more fantastic venue. The Plumpjack staff were extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and flexible. A big shout out to Alana, she did an incredible job coordinating with my daughter, me, and the wedding planner. The food at Plumpjacks was excellent, particularly for the wedding. We had a suite...

I stayed here recently for a wedding. The room was comfortable and ample, the staff genuinely friendly. Breakfast was simple but memorable, and the surrounding views are spectacular. Also, while do they charge a decent bit for it, I have never seen a more dog-friendly room-stay option -- which happened to be a huge help.

Staff is very helpful and good service, but why to pay $175/night if one has to sleep with ear plugs. The rooms facing the front have the street noise while the rooms to the back are exposed 24/7 to the very loud noise of the electric generator. Not a happy experience.

From the moment I called in 8 weeks earlier to make reservations until the time we checked out and actually beyond! --- the service provided by staff was absolutely superb. The hotel, the breakfast (included) and the services including bicycles, fitness center, pool were terrific. We attended a wedding and it was absolutely spectacular - beautiful setting, fabulous food, attentive...

I loved my stay here. This is a fairly small inn. Very cozy and well appointed. It is rustic while being charming. The furniture and decor are metals and woods. Just perfect. Restaurant serves a top notch breakfast- bakery on site and granola that is heavenly. We visited in October so the fact there is no air conditioning in room...

Overall excellent and only some small criticisms: 1. No on site guest laundry - be good to see free this. 2. Nowhere did the website (that we could see) make clear that cable car did not run daily to Alpine Meadow after Labor Day other than weekends. As we turned up post LD and mid-week we missed out on this...

Enjoyed a 3day two night break. It was mid week and we effectively had the run of the hotel to ourselves. Service was outstanding, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
