I was upsold to a bigger room at check in that was actually the middle room to a larger suite for what I thought would only be $50. It was a crappy business suite with a murphy bed and I think the woman up sold be because I was travelling with 3 small kids and technically there is more square...

This is an older hotel that has been adding on to over the years so halls are maze like and dark. Only 2elevators in each of the two wings and are extremely old and slow. Rooms were clean but average (more Sheraton than JWM Resort). Room rate doesn't include its $30 day resort fee and they charge you the $30...

This is an older Marriott property but is in perfect shape and nicely updated. In fact I thought the property was nicer this time than when I stayed there several years ago. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, the grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained. My only regret is that I was there on business and didn't have the...

Very large property. Beautiful atrium bar area with great views of the pool and mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great staff.! This was a business/pleasure trip and I feel the hotel is better suited for someone not traveling with children. There are restaurants and a Starbucks on property. If you want to be close to downtown...

Writing this review at 2:00am, because, hey, I can't sleep anyway so might as well. This place is run worse than a dorm, we are checking out at 7am for the Ritz Carlton. When checking in, the trainer at the VIP checkin desk assured us she was giving us a great room and vacation when we asked for a quiet...

The resort is amazing, hands down treats you like a king or queen! The rooms are great, clean and the staff was amazing. Couple of things that threw me back was the $17 a day to park (where else are you going to park?) after paying $300 a night for a room and the on resorts are pretty pricy. So...

At hotel for a business trip. Hotel room was spacious and very clean. Shout out to Sal, poolside server, who was working his tail off to handle everyone as fast as he could. He kept a friendly attitude while trying to serve everyone in the lap pool area.

We haven't even gotten to this hotel yet and I am already unhappy. I called to find out the difference between two types of suites - luxury vs deluxe hospitality. The prices are different by $100 per night and I want to know why. Website doesn't have enough information therefore I wanted to talk to someone onsite. The operator, who...

Nice staff all-around. Lobby and grounds are nice. Room by the garden atrium, 1018, had a nice view. I've got this weird thing about dark stains on the carpet though that just irks me. We arrived to a check in line the length of which was reminiscent of security at O’Hare. Ironically, it moved faster than the Elite level check-in desk our friends were standing in.
