We stayed 3 nights for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. It's great having the free tournament shuttle to take fans to the tournament. The rooms seem relatively recently remodeled, with comfortable beds. The in-wall old-style air conditioning unit is a bit loud, so we usually cooled them room down quite a bit at night, then turned off the a/c when...

Good for a quick overnight stop, normal Courtyard with the normal expectations of this group -- nothing expectional. Took the suite at added 30-bucks... a bit weird furnishings, won't do it again.....

Hello Prescottclearwater, Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you did not like our suites. We would love for you to try our Residence Inn on the same campus that offers one and two bedroom suites with a full morning breakfast. Regards

I have stayed at Courtyards many times (Gold Status + with Marriott). This property is fresh, the reception folks excellent. Inside the room what you would expect - clean, comfortable bed. The small sofa is very cool. HOWEVER --- the shampoo and conditioner bottles are too small (they should have at least two of them). The remote supposedly is clean...

My husband and I joined friends the second weekend of February 2017 to celebrate a birthday. We had not been to Palm Springs in several decades. I know that's hard to believe since we live in Southern California. This Courtyard by Marriot turned out to be an excellent choice because of it's location to our event. When we arrived for...

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last 6 months. That should tell you something. The staff is friendly but not overbearing. The rooms are newer, clean and well laid out. There is a complimentary refrigerator in the room, which is always a nice plus. There is plenty of parking near the many exit doors. The location...

Courtyards are always reliable. no drama and no surprises. This one is largely the same but with a critical deficiency- the wifi sucks in rooms and in the lobby. It's also located in a crappy cell area so you're going to hate trying to use your phone or tablet. Other than that it's a perfectly fine Courtyard.

Hello, I am sorry for your experience with our internet. I am not sure why your signal was so bad. In the future all hotels have a help desk that can assist you. As for your cell phone carrier, I was made aware that several of the network carriers have towers down due to the recent bad weather. Regards,

Nice hotel, right off the exit. The pool looks great but too cold for us to enjoy. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable, a little older. Good access to the highways. Would stay here again. Would recommend.

This Courtyard is not at all bad, but could be better. It's a fairly large facility and well located. The rooms are mostly comfortable, but could use some improvements - especially considering that they appear to be recently refurbished. Here are the pros & cons, in my opinion: Pros: * Even during prime season, the prices are reasonable. * Fairly...

Dear Good Location, Thank you for your positive comments. I am sorry that you feel our pillows were too firm. his might be due to them being replaced in November with the Courtyard by Marriott required pillows. Thanks again for the time you took to relay your thoughts. Regards, Dan

We spent the weekend at this hotel. It was quite, the rooms were exceptional, the staff was great. I was created as an elite member. The staff made sure my stay was great. I'll return to this hotel in the future. It was wonderful.

Good parking, quiet, our bathtub won't drain properly, decor-cabinets ugly, lots of outlets for your electronic devices, bathroom door opening awkward-cramped, nice lobby area with overpriced bistro breakfast goodies, micro-in rooms, refrigerator, wifi, Would visit again
