After reading all the positive reviews ... I thought this this truly was going to be a great property to stay for the weekend. As much as I would like to give a positive review...I will not. We were in room 302. The pool was not clean..we were told that pool cleaning is 3x's a week. The lounge chairs around...

We loved Villa Royale In from the start of our vacation. The grounds were awesome and perfect for our romantic getaway in Palm Springs. Staff is very accommodating, especially Jack, we loved him!! He went above and beyond the normal guest services taking the time to talk to us, make sure we had towels and room was up to par...

What a fantastic get away. So close to OC yet feels like a complete vacation in a complete different zone. Charming hotel with beautiful landscape. Unique rooms and very friendly service. My first visit. But I would certainly go back. Highly recommend it.

We had reserved room 101; Honeymoon Suite - two months in advance, only to be told they gave it away to another guest who requested to stay an extra night. I had already paid for it in full 2 months ago, and being it was Memorial Day weekend, no rooms were available at other hotels. The gentleman at the front...

This is a charming hotel that needs some restoration to get 5 stars. The manager(s) are what make the place special. We were greeted as friends rather than customers. Everyone was helpful. The landscaping is lush, the pool is inviting. However, signs of wear are evident -- the pool needs a new paint job, the rooms still have CRT TVs...

I have been coming to this boutique hotel since the early nineties. It's one of those old Palm Springs Motels that had been restored to an absolutely charming boutique hotel. It has three separate court yards, two with a pool, each with about 5 to 7 rooms, that give you a lot of privacy. Although I still love this place,...

I recently stayed for 3 nights and loved the Villa Royale. It's a great location for getting downtown, but tucked away from the main road so it feels very private. Even though my room was just off the pool it still managed to feel secluded from the nearby rooms. After touring many other smaller PS Inns I still never saw...
