Great location. Nice clean pool. Bring your own beverages. We walked downtown. Staff was very friendly. Close to airport, casino, lots of restaurants. It is a bit dated but clean and has everything you need. It even has a blender! We got a great deal, would not hesitate to stay again.

This resort is a fabulous place to go with family. The rooms are huge, staff always goes out of their way, close to casino and the strip. It's like being at home. I refuse to stay anywhere else. Has microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, silverware, and much much more!

From here you can walk to most of the shops and restaurants. Also easy drive to all points of interest. Condos are large, clean and comfortable. Patio or balcony. Outdated and in need of some reno. Some already completed, but needs more. If you want fancy there are other resorts, but you can't beat the location. The staff is really...

I'll echo previous pictures and reviews. The staff members are absolutely amazing. The condos are clean and spacious, but very outdated. Balcony is also very spacious. The appliances are well maintained, but are from late 70s/early 80s. There is a laundry area on-site but not in condo. The pool and gym are very nice. I love that there are even...

We stayed here one night so we did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice from a distance. Some reviews complain about the rooms being outdated. Did not find this to be the case. But the hallway carpet is need of replacement. Large unit. Balcony. Nice king bed. Flat screen TV. Free WiFi a little...

When we first arrived two things caught my eye--the hallway carpets were in major need of replacement and when we entered our own room (Room 105) there was a big carpet stain right in the entryway. We also would have preferred queen size beds instead of full size beds. The TVs in our room were older and smaller, etc. Also,...

I had very high expectations since it is part of Diamond Resorts and was quite disappointed that everything seemed outdated. The carpet was old and overused, the walls were bare and needed some work, cement on the balcony was old and cracking, the furnitures were not what I would expect to see in this resort. One thing good was the...

We were here a week using our Diamond Resorts International timeshare. Did not realize that this property is a combination hotel, condo and timeshare. We choose a villa with a city view rather than a pool view and glad we did because we had a shady balcony. The good: the staff is fabulous. From Wesley, to Cindi, to Able, to...

We loved this hotel, we originally booked at another hotel but noticed they were adding nearly 300 dollar resort fee so we cancelled and booked into this hotel instead. It was a lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean and large , the pool was clean and warm. We have stayed in other hotels in palm springs but i think...
