I keep coming back because I love a place that has all that I need. Food, service, cocktails and spa. Weekends get crowded by the pool, but people watching is great. Weekdays are great and more low key. Love that there are two pools so guests don't have to be around kids if they don't want to. The gardens are...

We've been staying at the PSP for about 15 years, and I think that the place is in decline. The remodel of the property was overdue, and in fact the property looks amazing now, so great job. The "fab amenities" are certainly a letdown, despite the steep resort fee. Here is why: Previously, the amenities were alot more useful: sunscreen,...

People used to praise this place so much to me back at home. "Come here! They have great service and an amazing property!!" I regret taking this advice so much. I've never had worse service from valet and hotel employees in my life(for this caliber of hospitality). Now before coming here, some locals we had met while in town, had...

Dear tom24718, One of the challenges with being such an aesthetically beautiful Estate and an undeniable Instagram 'hot spot', is the throngs of non-estate guests that come for a quick selfie. Unfortunately, we can't entertain everybody despite our natural desire to serve. Therefore, we must restrict access. Most our guests value their privacy and pay for this exclusivity. Being snapped...

We stayed over on a Friday night. We were gifted with amazing weather - cooler than usual, in the 80s. 1) Norma's - Very good food. But, very overpriced. The plates are extremely large. I would recommend sharing. The $8 pot of coffee (per person) is exorbitant. There isn't an in-room coffee maker, so be aware. 2) Counter Reformation -...

This hotel has a lot of "cool" factor and appeals to the 20 & 30 something crowd who thinks its exclusive to have to be on a list to have a chair at the pool. Waited 2 days for a chair at the tiny adult pool and never got one. Instead had to spend my anniversary at the tiny kiddie...

An outdoor wedding was going on (congrats!) the night we stayed. Blasting music that could be heard everywhere including our room until very late. Calls to the front desk kept promising the music would be turned down/off, but to no avail. Really? Close the hotel to non-wedding guests are manage the experience for everyone. The hotel even promised a credit...

I have mixed emotions about this hotel. There is no doubt the concept is cool. It feels like you are in a Wes Anderson movie, but then you get to your room and you are disappointed. The adult pool is very cool, & taking the bikes around, & the fire pit with surprise smores at night AWESOME! The grounds are...

This hotel is overpriced for what they offer, this is not a place to relax and have a good night sleep. Our room was next to kids pool and we were not able to relax in our room during day time , at night there was a wedding with crowd and music. At 2:30 am drunk very loud people from...

After coming a couple of years ago and slipping in the adult pool, having a really bad manicure and being stuck in a room next to too many kids, this was better with a friend from LA who who comes often. The food is always good and staff was polite. I like the policy of only guests being on the...

Great property with extremely friendly personnel and management. Eclectic and old Hollywood decorations. Great service and fantastic amenities. It is the place to stay in Palm Springs. Hated to leave and can't wait to go back. Thank you Brandon and all the staff.
