If you are looking for a luxury hotel within walking distance to everything in Palm Springs, the Hilton Palm Springs is your best choice. However, as Hilton hotels go, this property is designed for travelers who are not as experienced, as there is no executive lounge and the food and drink options are not particularly special. Essentially, this is a...

Staff at front desk was rude/ disrespectful however the staff at the pool bar was very polite and friendly. Staff at breakfast also very nice. The location is great; quick walk to all the shops and dining in Palm Springs.

When we arrived at 4:00 p.m., our room wasn't ready. Parking directions weren't clear--we had to walk a long, long way because of it. At 8:30 a.m. a housekeeper opened our door without knocking. We booked "full buffet" but were given vouchers for "American Breakfast," which was two eggs. Housekeeping is stingy with towels and coffee. Cherry Villanueva sent us...

Stayed here for a weekend conference, and have done so for the past few years. Always glad to return. Everything, from the rooms, down to the food for the conference, was excellent. The employees are prompt, polite, and very helpful. The spa is complimentary (for a few things) and is quite peaceful and well done. Thankfully, for our conference, the...

I had an issue with my reservation and spoke with the front desk supervisor named Ureli (sp?) and she was unwilling to assist me in a way that is usual and customary for Hilton Diamond members. Very disappointed. Had to call the Diamond desk and ask them to intervene. Completely unnecessary.

Already stated my disappointments. Internet was not useful with complimentary supplied by being a honors member. I was unaware of Upgrade fee until checkout or I would have cancelled it. Manager was very unhelpful in this problem. This was my first time using the upgrade due to my honors status and I doubt I will do it again.

Great place to stay for a conference. The upgrade to a jr. suite was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and there are two hot tubs besides the pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, fresh, and comfortable. The balcony was large and furnished well.

The hotel was wonderful. Really close to downtown. The staff were exceptional. I'd stay there again. I wish I had more time to just relax around the pool. It looked so inviting. The rooms are good size, and very comfortable.

Disappointed to find that this property doesn't have an executive lounge. In lieu of a lounge they give you a breakfast coupon. However, the coupon isn't for a normal breakfast buffet like other properties- they bring you a plate with pastries to your table. Just a few pastries. Not even fruit or yogurt. Luckily there are several breakfast spots nearby....

Spent a night at the Hilton Palm Springs for a one night staycation with family. Resort was as advertised and staff was very friendly. I'd recommend the hotel and lives up to its billing as a Hilton resort.
