While the room was comfortable and clean, there was no hot water!!! It was so cold that we could not shower. Hotel is difficult to find as there is no signage. Desk clerks not helpful at all. The positives were the big bathroom, nice towels and toiletries and lots of plugs for charging things. I really question the high rating...

The room was a decent size, actually the bathroom was pretty big, which I loved. Polite staff, clean rooms. Nice pool area. The only reason I rate this place 4 rather than 5 stars is the food. Just find another place to eat :)

We had a great time at V Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub are excellent. Lots of room in both. Everything was clean and well appointed. We had a room that was just above the pool filter/maintenance area but the noise didn't bother us and the views were great! I had to do some work and used the computer...

They do a good job of dressing up a motel into something nicer, but at the base, it is just a motel with a larger, central pool and some cheap modern design façades. We asked four different hotel employees for pool towels; each said they would send house keeping with towels. No towels were delivered in more than an hour...

If the premises weren't as well taken care of as they are, and if our room wasn't as nice as it was, I would have given this place 1 star. And here's why... My very pregnant wife and I arrived at this hotel on Monday, March 13th, at around 930pm- from New York City. I called ahead to let the...

Hip, club vibe, nice modern desert decor, tastefully done. Loud club music and DJ created a very busy poolside that may put people off. Our room was "standard": minimalist but hip decor, although very dark with a view of a stairwell / car park and ugly concrete porch. That was a let down for $309. Maintenance and service areas are...

This was one of the worst experiences I have had staying at a hotel. First there are holes in the towels and bathrobes. The room would never be properly clean the room, always leaving dirty cups inside the room. The phone to call the front desk and room service was messed up never connecting me to the right place. It...

The start here takes service seriously. From the moment of check in (and an upgrade to a pool side suite), to Elixir food and staff, to the amazing design of the rooms -- this is Top Notch. Great vibe great people. Will be back and will recommend to friends!

Paid $500 a night a would've expected more for the price, this hotel is not worth more than $125 a night. If you like the boutique feel try Triada, better location and the room renovation is well done. Pro: Food & drinks at pool very good. Staff friendly Bed was comfortable Con: Room very small Cheap renovation overall No shower...
