My 11 month old daughter suddenly required a hospital stay so we could not travel as planned. Because this happened with such little notice I missed the cancellation window and was forced to pay $154 to not stay here. If they won't offer any help for people who have a baby in the hospital, what will they help with? Do...

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. Upon investigating this matter, we found that your reservation was made through an online third-party travel agency. Their policy states that modifications must be completed the day before arrival. Medical emergencies are an exception with proper documentation. Feel free to contact our staff if you have further questions. We look...

As Stanford alumni, we find this is the best value in the area. Priced at $115-150 (depending), it's rooms are more spacious and have better furniture. Fully equipped and well-run. Good lights for reading.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as a part of a business trip. My colleague was a couple of doors down. I found my room to be very comfortable, the bed was comfortable and clean and the climate control was not too noisy but managed to keep the room at a stable temperature. The internet connection was excellent...

Renovated rooms, incl fridge & micro. Unfortunately, I didn't like too many things...and I'm not spoiled. Eventually, we left the hotel after three nights, moved to a better & cheaper hotel in Mountain view. I would rate this facility as a low grade ** motel - Motel6 is better... Breakfast is a poor joke: provided an un-fresh danish & called...

We stayed at this hotel for one night a few days ago while visiting Stanford University. Except for the carpet that needs to be replaced, the room was very clean everywhere else. There is no continental breakfast but there is a nice restaurant right next door. Overall, this hotel has the feel of a "motel", but it was very decent....

This is a cute place to stay, and I enjoyed the cottage feel of the room. It is an older motel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was insignificant; however, the location was great. The owner is very friendly, and I will stay there again whenever I am in the area.

stayed at this hotel a few days ago for one night. convenient to Stanford Med center. Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress must have had a plastic liner on it so that was a little annoying. Small pastries were in the room for a quick bite in the morning so that was nice. For the prices all around the...

Ok, I was skeptical at first, but I needed a quick last minute over night and took the chance. For $99.00 in Palo Alto.....It is a very old motel. They have refurbished all the right things. The windows have been replaced and it was very quiet, even right on the El Camino. There were black out drapes on the windows....

Stayed here twice and both times they were clean and the price was right. Down the street you can find many restaurants and you can walk to Hobies family restaurant 3 doors down. The room was clean and the office was really nice in anything you needed. This place does pack them in pretty good. The parking is a little...

This motel is older but kept up well. The rooms were clean and the noise from El Camino was minimal. The parking was alittle tight to get in and out of your parking space. When it says breakfast it is a bearclaw in plastic and an orange juice. The rooms are however equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.
