Excellent hotel. An oasis in Palo Alto. I am a Stanford patient and the hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful about transportation and places to go in the area. Dinah's Garden Hotel will be my home away from home whenever I travel to Stanford.

Great place to stay. The room was amazing. We stayed in the Africa Suite. It was very large and wonderful amenities. It even had a 8' giraffe. The only negative was how slow service was in the restaurant. We ate there twice and both times the wait was over fifteen minutes.

This place was so great. We live pretty locally but reserved a room for a wedding that was going pretty late. We enjoyed poolside drinks before the wedding and even left the reception early because we wanted to enjoy the hotel more. We joked that if we couldn't get time for a vacation this year, we would just drive the... More

Loved the service and the location (was at a conference at Stanford). I requested a microwave and they had it added. The pool was very nice. A bit pricey but I think it's all pricey in this area. Would recommend this to anyone else.

Not your ordinary hotel with the little lagoon meandering throughout the property, the plantings, ducks and koi fish, just lovely. If you are looking for your typical boring chain, this is not it, it has something special.

Excellent stay and service. My fourth stay in the hotel. I grew up in Palo Alto so I'm very familiar with the area. Excellent rooms, amenities and extremely convenient location. Great value in room rate and food. I'll be back!

The room was clean and well maintained. We had a patio that opened to the pool area. The room was quiet and had drapes that cut off all outside light which was good for sleeping during the day. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant but was impressed by the menu.

Loved my second stay at Dinah's. Great rooms, wonderful staff. Excellent shuttle drivers who go above and beyond to help guests! My only complaint is that the pool is within the restaurant. This is fine for me as a diner as I have kids and understand noise and splashing, but as a parent with kids swimming I wish the pool... More

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to California, and the least expensive! The grounds are beautiful - so tranquil and inviting. We loved seeing the Koi and ducks, especially the mama duck and her 11 ducklings! Our room could not have been nicer, and it was decorated so much classier than your typical hotel room.... More

Our family of five just spent a week at Dinah's Garden Hotel and we loved it! Our teenage daughter was attending a week-long journalism camp at Stanford, so we turned this into a family trip to see friends and visit Northern California -Dinah's is located about 10-15 mins from Sanford and convenient to all major highways, as well as most...
