This is the most relaxing place to stay. The hosts are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better meal anywhere. location provides easy access to restaurants and wineries. I hate to give this such a high rating.....it may be booked up next time we would like to stay.

Property's Favourite Review
My husband and I stayed here for two nights and had an amazing stay. It was our first time in Paso and it was everything we expected and more. Extremely clean, beautiful, and you can tell a lot of attention to detail has been put into the property. Alma and Neil are delightful hosts and eager to share any local tips. Our room was spacious and quiet with views from every corner! The location is a bit 'off the beaten path' on the east side of Paso (a lot of the famous wineries are on the east side) but still plenty of wineries nearby. We prefer the less crazed and overdeveloped areas so it was perfect for us. Also an easy 15 minutes into the downtown area to access tasting rooms and restaurants. And obviously the best part is the most phenomenal gourmet breakfast prepared by Alma every morning!! We have traveled all over the world and have never had the pleasure of a 3 course breakfast and we looked forward to it each day! Highly recommend and would absolutely come back.

Thank you for your beautiful review. I am happy to hear that you liked your room and the 3-course breakfast. We are 15 minutes from downtown but the drive is so beautiful with vineyards all around. Most of our guests visit us from big cities and the drive becomes part of the experience of being in wine country. I always tell our guests that when you stay on the East side you get to see all of Paso Robles. There is a certain beauty unique to the East side which reminds you of areas in Tuscany. Thank you for recommending us. We hope to see you again soon.

This was truly an experience of relaxation, fantastic food, and hospitality. Alma, a talented and creative chef, and Neil, a cordial, friendly cohost, provided a daily breakfast that was a three course wonderful start. Located in the middle of Paso Robles wine country, wine tastings are just a short distance down the road. We availed ourselves of the optional Saturday night wine dinner! Alma and Neil outdid themselves. Paso Robles has many restaurants ranging in from the casual to the gourmet. Finally, because Sundance is about 10 miles from the downtown area, the stars at night are a perfect end of the day!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, Terry. It really means a lot to us. It was a true pleasure meeting you and your lovely wife. I hope you keep coming back from SC to visit your daughter in Thousand Oaks, then it's jut a short drive up to Paso Robles :) I am so glad you chose to have the Private Dinner experience during your stay. Thank you for allowing us to share our passion of food and wine with you. Until next time.

The Sundance Bed and Breakfast is outside of town with it's own vineyard. The courtyard has a nice view with beautifully manicured grounds. Just a few rooms, so it was so very quiet during our stay and we had little contact with other guests. The breakfast was definitely the hit with us. The 3 course breakfast is delicious and filling. It is healthy and gourmet, but traditional enough that it should appeal to most everyone. The presentation is awesome and always included fresh ingredients out of the garden. I would highly recommend trying the Saturday night dinner at the B&B. The other highlight was the hospitality of the hosts. They were gracious and helpful. Definitely recommend this B&B if it is in your price range and you are looking for a quiet, enjoyable getaway.

This estate is on 10 acres and gated. Beautiful, private and sure to delight. We booked la dolce vita room and it exceeded our expectations. Had a very large master bathroom complete with extra large walk in shower, jet tub, toilet closet that is closed off from rest of bathroom which makes it so convenient to not have bathroom occupied while getting ready, huge walk in closet. The room was so incredibly spacious and well appointed. The backyard is charming complete with vineyard view and tables on patio for the breakfast. We used it for having wine at night and watching the moon rise. Simply gorgeous. And the ultimate was the breakfast. Alma is a Cordon Bleu chef and her 3 course breakfast is divine. Owners, Neil & Alma, have created a wonderful B&B experience. We can’t wait to go back. We were here while attending a wedding at Fallen Oaks Estate ( was only 5 minutes away).

Thank you very much for your review. It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband. We were not familiar with Fallen Oaks Estate but I visited their website -- what a gorgeous property! I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us and La Dolce Vita Suite. I know you were here to attend a wedding but I truly hope you will find time in the near future to visit us again for some R&R, as well as wine tasting, and the entire Paso Robles experience. Until next time, cheers!
