There is absolutely nothing I would do to improve our stay or this property. It was the perfect place to escape, relax, and become a couple again. The amenities were so well thought out and we lacked for nothing other than more time to enjoy the Chanticleer B & B.

Thank you so much and it was great to have met you both. Life gets so hectic, for this very reason we cater to couples. We all need to designate time to our relationships and we try to provide the enviornment to support this endevor.

We have been looking forward to going back to the Chanticleer since we went there 2 years ago and we finally had the opportunity. Carolyn and Roland are just very good people and the location is so pastoral and peaceful. The room, the service, the breakfasts ... all were top-notch! This is a very pleasant way to recharge the batteries.

Thank you and it was so nice to see you both again. Always an extra treat to great our returning guests. Roland and I often comment about our guest's "deer in the headlights" appearance on arrival and their slowed down relaxed appearance upon departure. We don't take all the credit, Paso Robles has a lot to do with it. Looking...

We were shocked by the beauty of the Paso Robles wine country, especially the area north of hwy 46 where this b&b is located. Not being familiar with Paso Robles geography, we considered numerous b&bs in the area. We chose this one for the view, proximity to town, and the farm setting. Our room #1 was large, very clean, and...

Thank you for your comments and so glad you enjoyed your stay. We do live in a beautiful and well located area of Paso Robles and love sharing it with our guest's. The barn has been a fun addition to the B&B. Nice tip about Room 2 vs Room 1. Same incredible view but smaller and to some a better...

We loved our room (3) and especially the beautiful view. The owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating and made good recommendations for dinner in town. The inn is very well located in that it is a quick drive into town, but is in rolling hills of oaks, farms and vineyard. Breakfast was perfect.

Thank you. Many guests do comment on the country feel of our location but the closeness to local shops and restaurants. We are so glad you ventured down to Paso Robles as Half Moon Bay is such a beautiful place to live.

The property has beautiful views of both oak trees and a small personal vineyard. Flowers and grass areas with plenty of personal seating areas, both in the sun and shade. Our room had a separate entrance outside, which was a nice change for a B & B Our room was spotless and a bottle of wine on arrival. Room #...

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes our 20 acre property with 8 acre vineyard, and the return of our running creek does call to those that like to explore. Some people do prefer Room 3's private entrance.

My friend and I stayed at Chanticleer for a girls' weekend during a Memorial Day wedding that was taking place at a winery in Paso Robles. The room was lovely and upgraded and the grounds were very well maintained. Carolyn and her husband were so friendly and accommodating and she is a wonderful cook! The breakfasts were savory and the...

Chanticleer is a lucky find! Not only is it perfectly situated in the Paso Robles wine country, our hosts were great. The rooms are lovely with truly comfortable king size beds, fireplaces and a view out the window of the vineyards and oak trees (from the bed no less). Don't skip the breakfast, it's a perfect start to your day...

First time stay at a B&B, always wanted to try one but we were not sure what to expect. It was great! Carolyn and Roland were very friendly and felt long time friends. My husband enjoyed talking fire shop with Roland. Why do you need to drive away for a vacation we have so much to offer here. To all...

My wife & I were thrilled at the room, the view, the service & the breakfasts. We stayed 2 nights in their largest room #1 - it was wonderful. A huge room with a deck that has a great view. The bathroom had a huge luxury tub and a walk in shower the size of some small bathrooms. We reccommend...
