Stayed at Spanish bay..great ocean front room.. Golf courses were perfect..food was great. Spa was awesome. Price is the price. $1,000 per day ( stay n play). I didn't like the nickel and diming of handing out items like body lotion.when your paying that kind of money... Really!!!!!! Been there 15 times. Would go back...

I didn't personally see the Spa, it was a Christmas present to my older sister. We were on the Monterey Penensula for a couple of days and I treated my sister to a full body massage, facial, and therapeutic shower, followed up by a light lunch there at the Spa. She ABSOLUTELY loved it and made many compliments as to...

You could really spend the day here. Nice ambiance. Beautiful scenic serenity. Pool. Lounge chairs. You Name it. Variety of massages and times. 50/80 even 105 minute massages! Worth carving out some time for. And the staff was very accommodating.

Had a wonderfully relaxing day here with just a day pass. What a bargain! Snuggled up in the robe and hit the sauna, whirlpool and fancy shower. Had a light lunch in the cafe then went back to discover the inhalation room and sanctuary. Definitely worth a trip back.

Royal massage pretty nice. Spa was very warm. To the point of being uncomfortable. Snacks were soggy. I think the place felt pretty cramped. Could use a little updating. Overall it was a nice experience but nothing overly memorable for the price.

My massage therapist: Matt(hew) was absolutely incredible. Strong hands, very intuitive, took direction incredibly well, and asked for feedback the perfect number of times. I get massages at luxury hotels and spas regularly, and around the world, and Matt was probably my best massage therapist I've ever had. Can't wait to come back! The spa: Beautiful, peaceful, with lots of...

I have an annual membership to the Spa and love every time I have gone. The staff is very courteous and discreet. The relaxation room is warm and heavenly so relaxing before a treatment. I have had massage, facial, nail and hair treatments all done in a very professional manner. Let your husband play golf, you enjoy the spa.

I booked back to back treatments (Silk Peel and Sea Salt Scrub) while my husband played golf. The entire experience couldn't have been more relaxing from start to finish. There are many areas to relax before and after treatment as well as an outdoor pool. It was November and not overly warm, but if I come back at another time...

Guess it started poorly when the girl at reception stated they automatically add 20% tip but you could always increase the tip. I asked her if I could change it downward - she begrudgingly told me yes. She gave me a locker - which turns out to be a half locker on the bottom and the room attendant said he...

Had a very lovely experience at the spa , knowledgable stuff made me feel welcome and at home. Nice facilities and excellent massage. Definitely try if you are staying at their hotel. Small but kind of has everything. Clean and kept very well.
