I really wanted to give Costanoa a 5 rating. They're so close! The ONLY flaw I can claim in my stay is a pretty uncomfortable mattress. All of my 6 friends felt the same. Everything else was perfectly wonderful. Loved the cabins, heated blankets, electricity and wifi, lovely spa toiletries in the glamping tent cabins. Robes, towels, heated comfort stations,... More

My husband and I stayed at one of the tent cabins for one night here. It was more of a glamping wknd where we didn't have to lug tents, luggage, food and utensils. They have a very nice restaurant and heated shared restrooms. The double bed had an electric blanket and a lamp. If you want luxury, one can stay... More

We were on a motorcycle trip down the pacific and decided to stay at the Costanoa Cabins. At the front desk, the woman who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful while the other was quite rude. The cabin was nice- two double beds with a heated blanket (which was much appreciated in the 60 degree weather). We loved the... More

Stayed here with my daughter mid week. We got a cute little tent cabin in Pine Village that had a double and a twin bed, both with electric blankets. Also a chair and a desk inside and 2 adirondack chairs and a fire pit outside. Very cozy and comfortable. The 'comfort stations' had a sauna, which I loved, a communal... More

We've stayed at Costanoa a number of times and will continue to return. We stay in the tent cabins; I love the mix of a nice comfy (!!) bed and the feeling of sleeping "outside". The comfort stations with fireplaces and saunas are a quirky twist. And the outdoor showers? My favorite!! The restaurant is a little pricey but their... More

This is a particularly hard place to assign a rating to. My family had a great time during our stay here -- a little weekend getaway in July with my wife and two 7-year old daughters. We stayed in a Douglas Fir cabin, which I would highly recommend if you are a family wanting to get the outdoors-y experience without... More

My wife and I spent a weekend in the lodge. I was surprised at the lack of generally expected amenities considering the price ($250/night). No air conditioning, no TV, and WIFI that didn't work for 90% of our stay (when we asked for help, we were told the problem was with our iPhones and Macbooks ...). Additionally, the food at... More

I joined friends for tent camping here over the fourth of July weekend. It was delightful! A beautiful setting, nice and low-key and quiet. All the staff were kind and helpful. We had kids in our party and they enjoyed the playground and lawn games and immediately found friends to play with.

We've been going to Costanoa for the last 4 years with a group of friends and have always loved it, but this year they have added a lot of new rules that really put a damper on things. For example, they no longer allow tents in the RV area that don't fit on the 8x8 platforms. Ours doesn't, but they... More

This is one of the coolest campgrounds we have ever been to. We had 2 tent sites for a 2 night stay, but this HUGE campground has RV camping, group camping, cabins, yurts, condo's, and even smaller houses to stay in. You can camp on one end of the property roasting marshmallows over an open fire, or walk to the... More
