This place is a hidden, boutique gem! The lobby is so quaint, cozy and smelled so perfectly fall. The rooms were spotless and good sized. With only a one-block walk to pier and beach and numerous restaurants within feet of the hotel, we will certainly return!

Quaint, affordable, clean, historical hotel that is close to restaurants and beaches. Staff is friendly and accommodating to all your needs. We've stayed here many times and find the quality is consistent from visit to visit. Enjoy your morning coffee and pastry downstairs along with other breakfast goodies. Give them a try...

Super clean room and excellent location. The view was not great, a wonderful view of the brick by next door, lol!! But you are at the beach, get out of the room!!! Lovely coffee bar in the lobby. Excellent service with fair prices. The tub was great for a long soak after a hard day!!

Love this place, always have. The best part is you are right in the middle of all the entertainment. Whether it's shopping that you like or laying out on the beach, it's all right there. Can't forget Harry's bar for drinks and dancing, or playing pool; they have it all.

This property is right in the middle of town. It is quaint in as much as there is an old fashioned lift and the décor is old world Spanish. The staff were lovely. The breakfast is included and is simple but more than adequate. There is on-site parking which is a bonus also. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

The hotel is old but clean and works fint for shorter visits. The location is good on the street down to the beach but it can be a bit noisy. There's only wi-fi in the lobby but if you stay on 2nd floor IT works in the room. Free parking

I haven't yet given a hotel a 2* but this hotel for us really wasn't great. Apart from the free parking and the fact it's clean - there's not a lot more positives! When we got here, the two males on the front desk were pleasant enough. We were shown to our room and as we walked in it was... More

I booked 2 weekend rooms a Friday and Saturday with my Grandkids & Wife. People upstairs and next door would come in at 11 pm. And start yelling and partying and 7 times they tried opening the pass through door. We called the desk nothing done. This happened both nights. My wife said its 4.30 am. I can't stand this.... Great historic hotel downtown. You can walk everywhere. Clean and comfortable!! Beach is a block away. Wooly's has the best fish n chips--skip Splash. The upstairs Oyster restaurant was swanky withexcellent food. A little pricey but worth it!

Loved the location - a little noisy being above the street, but we had a beautiful view. Appreciated the historic aspect of the hotel and the ability to walk everywhere. Room was small but comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay there.
