This hotel is centrally located near all the excitement of the beach and local character hangouts. We had one of the best views of the beach and pier. Staying in their king suite, was very comfortable to share with our friends. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We are very happy to hear that you had a nice time here. We do have a wide variety of rooms for such a small hotel. See you next time!

I have stayed at the pismo beach hotel a few times in the last 5 years. They continue to improve and upgrade the hotel. The staff was very helpful and altogether a wonderful experience. And you can't beat being a block from the pier!

We recently took a trip to Pismo Beach and found this quaint hotel located in the heart of downtown near the beach. Everything was conveniently located, including restaurants and shops, most within walking distance. Although the hotel was built in 1937, it has been tastefully renovated and updated. Our room was quite large with ample drawer space for clothes. There was...

It's true, once you get to Pismo almost everything is within walking distance. Thank you for the kind remarks.

What a fun old place! You can't match the rich architecture and the fantastic personalities of the people who work here. The lobby styling is a ranch style setting and fits perfectly with the building. The rooms lacked A/C, but you did not need it since the nighttime temps are around 55-60F. We almost wanted to turn on the fireplace....

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. First the good. Very close to everything and staff was very nice. Now the bad. The room were extremely small. If you plan to use the room for just sleep, then this hotel will do. Unfortunately, if you plan to use it for a get away then find another place. Again the rooms...

I have looked into the circumstances of you stay here and I am sorry that you did not have the opportunity to stay in one of our larger suites that could better accommodate the size of your party. Seven people in three beds really is too much. I hope you will come back and give us another try when we...

My boyfriend and I decided last minute to run off to Pismo for the 4th of July. We normally stay in one of the apartments at The Pismo Beach Hotel, because we have kids. But this time we stay a regular room. When checking in they suggested we stay up higher to get a better view of the fireworks that...

We stayed during Memorial Day Weekend. There was a slight mix-up (mostly my fault) but staff accommodated us. Hotel is close to everything, i.e. Splash, Harrys, shops, pIer, ocean!

We really like the Pismo Beach Motel-it's in the heart of town just steps to the beach and pier. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and great places to shop. The rooms are basic and the elevator out of 1940 but we love the old school and dig the aura of this place.
