The Shino Inn Suites Hotel was the host site of the Collegiate Information & Visitor Services Association annual conference. Over 60 prive & public universities representing 28 states resided at the hotel for four days. The entire staff did an excellent job of providing friendly service, accommodating personal and professional needs, creating an ambiance of welcome and California fun in...

We reserved a King suite with a sofa sleeper. I love how a suite has become nothing more than a room. No seperation of areas. Our daughter was going to Cal Poly Orientation. She slept, or tried to, on the sofa bed. It was horrible. The mattress was flat and you could feel the bars. No pillows were provided for...

My wife and I want to say thank you for the friendly and pleasant stay at the Shilo Hilltop Suites. The staff always had a smile and cheery greetings no matter what time of day or night we arrived back to our rooms. The Suites are comfortable and spacious. I would recommend Shilo Hilltop to my family and friends. When...

Who would have guessed that Pomona would have a wonderful gem of a hotel! We stayed at the Shilo for a family visit and we had a great experience. The staff was extremely accomodating to our family - especially since we were traveling with young children. We would definitely recommend this.

We have been staying at the Shilo for several years, as my parents live in the area. For us, it's a home away from home. Reasonably priced, centrally located for activities and always hospitable, the Shilo is one of my favorite hotels. We also love the new decor and updated bedding. Our son likes the TV in the bathroom! My...

Perfect place to stay in So. California. The Shilo is close to everything, the beach, the mountains, Disneyland, and much more. The staff is always so professional, and warm. I love this hotel because when I come with my children, everyone is so friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Gehner personally welcomed my family. The rooms are FANTASTIC! My kids loved...

We traveled from Antelope Valley to Pomona for the weekend. After a three hour traffic commute, I wished that I had gone to vegas. We were given a room on the 2nd floor room 239. For the amount of money we were charged I have stayed in vegas for less with nicer rooms. We were woke up about 8:00 a.m....

The Shilo Inn Hilltop Suites provided excellent accommodations, service and hospitality while we visited family in SoCal. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for me and my husband. The hotel staff was excellent in providing us with travel directions, dinning suggestions in the area and even free shuttle services so we didn't have to drive around so much and get...

Attended the Los Angeles County Fair on the opening weekend for a l-night stay. This hotel is suites only and the price was reasonable for the one night. Traveling with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), we wanted to have a great day at fair and not worry about driving home late. This hotel was 5 minutes...

I've stayed at some pretty terrible Shilo Inns, so when our volleyball team selected this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with the Hilltop. It looks as though it was built in the 70s and some of the items haven't been updated since. I.e., hairdryer, alarm clock, tv in the bathroom, etc. My room did have new carpeting, a nice down...
