My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one night staycation at the inn. We asked ahead for an early checkin and upon arrival around noon were able to access our room within minutes. The valet guys were very friendly and helpful when we showed up and directed us to checkin. I highly recommend getting a cottage room. It was private...

Rather than a large impersonal hotel, the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is a collection of small buildings nestled in the middle of nature, a golf course and walking distance to Rancho Santa Fe with its shops and restaurants. It feel like a large hacienda and the staff is very helpful and attentive. The last few times my colleagues and...

This hotel is set apart from all of the other hotels in the area. It sits on several rolling acres and the rooms are like mini villas with patios and decks. Some of the rooms are almost a 100 years old. My room was very spacious with a fireplace and a deck. Housekeeping did a fabulous job cleaning my room....

The main area w/ lobby, dining area is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. Our room was only a short distance, a few minute walk from it. There was complementary coffee in the morning and the workout area was small but well equipped. The staff was lovely and made us feel very welcomed. It is very close to the city square, so...

We used to always love the Inn but this current visit has prompted us to cancel our future reservation here next month and we'll never return again. The setting is still beautiful, the lady that helped us at check-in was very courteous and the rooms appear nice but it's the cleanliness and house keeping that has caused many issues for...

Dear Kahala747, I am disheartened to read about your dissatisfaction with your housekeeping services during your past stay and please accept my sincere apologies for this. Best staff- so welcoming! We had a cabin which was great. There is a small little walkable village nearby with a pharmacy, liquor store and boutiques. It was a very refreshing respite from LA! We will definitely go back for another visit and hit up the spa!

We stayed in a cottage room with a claw foot bath and a wood fire, and the room was lovely. This is the perfect place to relax. There are several great food options in town and lots of hiking options a short drive away.

This property is amazing! We've been here 2 nights now and really enjoying the peace, quiet and gorgeous scenery. A beautiful sanctuary. Restaurant is fantastic and the Huntsman like a step back in time. It would be very easy to make simple updates that would raise to guests experience to true luxury as this property markets. In my opinion they...

The hotel is lovely and well kept. The grounds are stunning and the views spectacular. We stayed in one of the Garden Cottages and were thoroughly pleased. The room was spacious and well appointed. No noise even though we had neighbors. We didn't make use of the fireplace, even though it was tempting. The food in the restaurant on site...
