Unbelievable, clean, lots of amenties. We met old friends there for a reunion. Most fun. Relaxed atmosphere. Right next to Sacramento river. The only thing that was difficult was the 102 temp for 2 days of our visit.

Large spacious full hook up sights, pull through spots long enough for our 43ft Motorhome and jeep tow car to not have to unhook. Sheri's Cafe within walking distance. Beautiful clubhouse and pool, easy I5 and 99 access.

Rest and relaxation, that's what this resort is all about. Clubhouse, heated, really large pool and hot tub, even with a working fire pit in the pool area make that possible. The pricing varies by where, in the park, you want to stay. We were just FEET from the Sacramento River. Sites are cement and fairly level. Hook up's available...

I love this RV park! We have a 42 foot coach and when we are in the area we stay at Durango! We Durango as we can leave our tow car hooked up overnight so it's an easy out in the morning! Plus Shari's restaurant is right across the street! Also Gaumer's is within walking distance, they carry jewelry, rocks...

We had the whole fountain section to ourselves for almost a week. Very nice staff. My electrical cord was to short for their setup, so they brought me a 25 foot cord for no charge for the week! Nice location on the Sacramento River. Very helpful staff, clean, neat. They keep the long term users away from all us short...

One of our favorite overnight places to stay on our way south. Excellent very large grassy sites with very large pads. Nice buddy sites. Couldn't figure out the internet. Much too complicated to get it set up. Nice tv selection. Could walk to the store.

We were evacuated from our home during the Oroville Dam spillway failure. We arrived after dark, stressed from the drive, new at rv ing, and the staff was waiting and ready to guide us to our site. Throughout the week, everyone was kind and helpful. Great showers and laundry. We will definitely be back.

Strong head winds made us decide to get off the road for the day and we picked this Park because of the hot tub. The site is very large and they had a number of pull thru's that meant we did not have to drop the tow car. Beautiful site and very well kept, Several nice restaurants within easy walking...

We stayed here in our 40 ft motorhome. We also tow an SUV. The pull-through space was easy to get in to. We did not unhitched our car. Had a good view of the river. The park was very nice and really clean and well cared for. We walked a short distance to Shari's. Great overnight stop.

We have stopped here a few times, I love that they have garbage pickup from the front of your spot. The pull through spots are long and easy to get and out of. Only thing I wish was that the outdoor pool would be heated... I'd swim in the winter if the water was warmer!
