I stumbled across this little beauty early in the afternoon and was lucky to have plenty of time to explore. The basically untouched lake and beach are well looked after and provide endless entertainment. I had the beach to myself for the first time on the Victorian coast. I had some issues with my car fridge not wanting to work...

Great spot on the lake with the ocean over the sand dunes. Small, but friendly.. Great location(base) to tour many of the great sites in the area, including Port Fairy, Warrnambool, Cape Nelson Lighthouse & Portland.

After (or before) Port Fairy, depending on your direction of travel, is this great little campsite which I would definitely recommend. Situated by a river and with a spectacular beach just a five minute walk away, you can enjoy the peace and quiet whilst you listen to the sound of the ocean and the birds. Amenities are clean with nice...

We wanted to stay in/near port fairy on our last night of the great ocean road tour before he headed up into the grampians and we came across this campsite which sounded lovely so we booked it. The campsite is literally a hidden gem! Once you drive through and out of port fairy towards yambuk there's a small sign pointing...

This caravan park is absolutely fantastic. Although it doesn't have water outlets there are water tanks for drinking and filling up your tanks in the caravan. The ablution blocks are immaculate. Our parking spot gave us fantastic views over the lake on one side and over the river on the other. The beach is a short walk over the sand...

While on a trip along the South coast, we found this beautiful campsite. A bit hidden from the main road and located in the middle of nature, right next to the Ocean coast and the river. The campsite is relatively small and has clean facilities.

A no frills little park with fab views over Yambuk lake. Spotless amenities and friendly caretakers. Really good for dogs and kids with the nearby slide and beach over the sand dunes. Fishing pontoons are a great addition too. Overall an excellent spot. Carry own water although u can access rainwater tanks for drinking if needed. Top sites have the...

A group of us stayed here for New Years Eve. Couldn't have picked a better spot. The amentities are really clean and there are two electric BBQ's for use. We chose a non-powered spot for $20 a night and had the perfect view of the lake. It was only a 5 minute walk to beach where even on a cold...

Booked in for 2 nights AFL grand final weekend $25 a night, we used the camp kitchen to cook our breakfast and tea, the bbq's were immaculate, often cleaned twice a day, used the toaster out of the camp kitchen, had everything you need from crockery to wash up items, toilets were spotless and the views are amazing, great spot...

Nestled behind vegetated sand dunes, on a rise overlooking Yambuk Lake, this little caravan park offers so much. From the very friendly managers, to the clean facilities, and the lovely grassed areas. Water is not available on the sites, but the managers have ample drinking water and help in every regard to ensure you do too. This is an ideal...
