everything in this hotel very awesome. very nice place for relaxing and vacation with your partner. the room was nice clean and comfortable. the view from restaurant and pool was beautiful. I would like to recommend this place if you looking for a great place for relaxing and vacation.
For the third time, my husband and I splurged on a getaway to Auberge de Soleil, and it is a splurge. This is one escape that never disappoints and is worth every dollar. Impeccably clean, expertly designed room, views, amenities, and kind, diligent service, There are hotel items that are often rare but are the norm here: no additional costs of stocked mini bar; fresh fruit in room; lovely fireplace, spacious room; incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, roomy bath and closet; help with every detail; complimentary use of the mercedes of your choice while there, and more.
I challenge the well-heeled to find a more beautiful 5 star resort in all of Napa Valley. The service was on par with any of the Mandarin Orientals I’ve stayed at, and the villas were beautifully appointed and oh so romantic befitting it’s French countryside inspired theme. 💕
Worth every dollar! The staff is wonderful, attending to every detail to ensure your comfort. They knew we had an awful experience at another (unrelated) hotel the night before and took multiple steps to make our stay special. The property is beautiful, the rooms relaxing (great pillows, linens, beds) and large bathrooms with tubs you can actually relax in for a nice soak. I also enjoyed the view from our covered patio and the fireplace was perfect for the cooler evenings. The location is perfect for visiting other neighboring cities, restaurants, sites. We also enjoyed the food onsite and all the snacks and beverages for us in our room. If we return to Napa we will definitely be back to stay again!
I booked a three night stay in November 2019 in order to propose to my girlfriend. After I booked, the Kinkade Fire ravaged the area causing evacuations and horrible air quality. Though our planned stay was weeks away, I was very concerned a subsequent fire would interfere with my proposal plan so I cancelled my booking almost two months from the intended stay. They sadly still charged me a processing fee for the cancellation. It was spelled out in the email confirmation, but it still feels a little icky that they are profiting from people’s cancellations due to the fires. They also wanted to charge me $600 for the “Proposal Package” which was a simple walk through the sculpture garden (which you can do for free) and have “exclusive access” to a picnic table. Little bonkers but sums up the mentality there. The final straw was completely ignoring my emails asking for the full refund. I’m sure it’s a beautiful spot. Just seems that for the price, you should be treated a little better.…
