The cottage is very nice. The owner is very nice as well. The area is a bit scary but the cottages are gated and feel safe. I would have given 4 stars, however, the wifi connection is so bad, you can't even check emails or upload small files most of the time. It's much better than an Extended Stay America... More

The photos of this place tend to over sell it's qualities. First of all it is located in an industrial part of Sacramento and it isn't close to anything. There is no place to walk and even getting a coffee requires a lengthy car ride. The property itself is fenced and gated and that is perhaps an indication of the... More

I have stayed here several times. Every time was a fantastic stay. Jackie was so accommodating and the place was so clean and quiet. It is minutes away from a large mall and restaurants. It is gated so I felt very safe. Looking forward to my next trip to Sacramento.

If you can look past the industrial park setting & neighboring business you will find a gem for an extended stay park. We found a tree lined oasis that was safe, quiet, and VERY staff friendly. The group of cottages seemed to resemble a neighbourhood as opposed to the typical hotel or motel experience. The gated community was a plus.... More

First of all this place is really just a trailer park and it is located in an industrial and derelict part of town. There is absolutely nowhere to walk to in the neighborhood to get a meal or a drink. The neighborhood itself is scary. The pictures of the units are nice and the actual units are ok but they... So stunned to drive through a really rough area of Sacramento, to finally pull into a trailer park. This needs to be better explained to potential customers. The "trailer" was nice and I felt safe (with my husband there). I paid the same price as I would have downtown, in a historical B&B, as I thought I was going to... More

I stayed here on a work trip and was very happy with the accommodations. The trailers are clean and the AC works! Location leaves a little to be desired but over all I would recommend. The area is gated so you feel pretty safe and there is onsite laundry.

From the description and photos I was surprised to find myself in a trailer park in a shady/industrial area of Sacramento. The "cottages" are trailers covered in wood siding. The floors are fake wood laminate. The adirondack chairs are plastic. The trailer smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies we had to open all the windows and wait outside. The smell... More

Great location, easy access to the rest of Sacramento. Clean rooms and grounds and friendly owners. Quiet area that is secure because it's gated using a code for entry. A friend recommended this place to me and I will DEFINITELY recommend it to others.

wonderful accommodations Jackie is amazing she's the best ever she is more than willing to let us come in late and know that we're coming from out of town so she does give us that which is much appreciated hate feeling rushed to get to a hotel for fear that they would give away your room if you are late.... “Grocery stores are a little far to walk, but I did take bus when i only needed a few things. I did not bother to rent a car while I was there. When I needed to do some serious shopping, someone from the office was available to drive me to the store. I tried not to abuse their hospitality, so I would stock up for a week or more when I did take them up on their kindness.”
