The Best Western Coyote Point Inn, San Mateo, CA, is a wonderful, clean & centrally located to everywhere in the Bay Area. The staff is exceptional with their genuine customer service. The housekeeping is very consistent and appreciated. The breakfasts have quite a variety to choose from. Thank you Mr. Karki for hiring such an exceptional staff and running a...

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and toddler for one night while in the SF Bay area and was delightfully surprised by the high quality and tremendous value. The room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time and...

Room was very large and clean. Great amenities...small gym but very functional, business center, vending machines on each floor, great breakfast, lots of variety. Front desk and staff were ok, not great. Location is terrific. Very close to airport and even though it's on highway 101 service road, it's very quiet.

Ample parking, clean property and room. Close to hwy101. Stayed on 4th floor towards hwy101 and minimal to no hwy noise. Large room, well maintained, clean with plenty of towels. Checkin and checkout were smooth and quick.

Our stay was fine. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. The female staff (2 different ones) were both rude and seemed inconvenienced by us. We requested change for the vending machine (there are no stores close by) and they couldn't make change. Then- the vending machines were out of order anyway. One guy gave us a couple of...

Only a mile or so outside the airport, and an easy drive, this hotel was perfect after a ten hour flight, and before setting off on a long drive down the coast. First class welcome at reception - thank you, Ed - warm, friendly and helpful. We'd requested a quiet room, and we're given one at the rear of the...

Stayed here for four nights in April with my elderly father and his wife while visiting family in the Bay area. WILL NOT stay here again due to pathetic customer service from the hotel manager Dan Karki. Our main complaint was that, upon check-in, the bathroom smelled like a sewer - literally. We had to keep the door shut, it...

This is a nice comfortable hotel which offers a decent breakfast . Should you have a car this hotel is ideal and doable in getting to San Fran. SFO is pretty close ( but feesl like a life time if driving it on a Friday evening).

We spent five nights while visiting family. I expected better but am satisfied especially for the price: just under $600. If not for the affordability I would rate it only three stars. The food was nothing exceptional...below BW standards but edible. No cut fruit and packaged sweet rolls. Only coffee mate for Folger's coffee...grrrr. When crowded, a bit chaotic. Beds...
