This hotel was wonderful! My husband booked and I thought "Oh no an airport hotel?" this looked brand new, our room was spotless, every thing and every one was great. I just wish they'd had a concierge. Best hotel on our entire trip! great restaurants about 1-2 miles away and close to the airport. absolutely no complaints.

Shuttle bus from SFO is every hour at 25 minutes past. Get to the stop at 10 minutes past. Our room smelt of cigarettes and sweat. It was also dirty. Too tired to complain and try to change. The staff were all friendly though. GYM CV equipment OK, Weight room and pool good. Buffet breakfast pricey but made up for...

I took my wife to the Paul McCartney concert at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. Wanted hotel close to the park that wasn't in the city of San Francisco since we had to leave early the next morning for business reasons. After checking in, we got up to our room and found out we had a mini-suite that was great....

So they offer a free bus shuttle from the airport, though you are out of luck if you arrive after 9.15 in the evening as the shuttle stops. Taxi fare is about 40USD. WIFI is offered, not free, can't understand why not when the give you free TV, free electricity and water. Breakfast was USD57, which seems quite expensive as...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We meet as a team weekly to discuss any guest issues and brainstorm on ways to improve the experience for our guests. In regards to the internet, I am not sure if it will ever be complimentary since we hire an outside company who manages it for us,...

I Pricelined a room here to bridge my wife and I from our wedding night at the Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto and our honeymoon (flight left Monday morning). Even though I paid $111 after tax from Priceline, we were upgraded to a seemingly executive loft with a sofa and sink on the main floor and a king bed...

Overall had a satisfactory stay at the Marriott - we were bummed about not being able to have a cot in a room with a King & sofa sleeper bed as we had an odd gender mix but they claimed fire code issue (despite being on the ground floor with entrance and egress in the room). This is a common...

I have been on and off over the last year or more. Sometimes I stay downtown be aisle I enjoy the night life rather than the sleep. The one thing I can always count on here is San Mateo is the appreciation displayed toward me in the lounge. JR always welcomes me and takes the time to say hello and...

We stayed here the night before a flight back to the UK. It is a great airport hotel, doesnt have the large un-personal feel that many airport hotels have. The California Grill did a good lunch, breakfast was served there too. Well stocked and maintained buffet. We were upgraded to a room with a seperate living area, very appreciated with...

I stayed here for one night for business. I had meetings at several places on 101. This place is conveniently located close to the SFO airport and Hwy 101. My room was upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The room was clean, large and quite. The breakfast (for gold /platinum members) in the lounge on 6th floor is nice...
