OK, what I loved, the building, the location, the easy parking, the front desk staff, the room, the tub, the bed, the sheets, the pillows, the breakfast, the breakfast staff. What I didn't like? Nothing. It was perfection. Lovely experience all around. Thanks Eagle Inn!!

This is our third stay here and it gets better each time. Prices are high, but when you consider free parking and a great breakfast, it becomes more affordable. We have stayed in a king room, a king suite and a cottage. All are excellent, it just depends on what extras you want - fireplace, spa, etc. Beds and linens...

Great location close to the beach, charming architectural features, friendly staff - my sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. There were many great small touches- a private patio, candy out for the taking, free coffee and tea- these little touches added up. The room was clean, the bathroom new, but the furnishings were s little past their prime....

We booked a 1 night stay using hoteltonight.com and were so pleasantly happy and surprised when we were offered a complimentary upgrade to the king suite with a spa tub! The room was spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable!! The spa tub was amazing, even a gas fireplace set off the room so perfectly and was romantic. The shower...

Couldn't beat the price and location. Rooms are much larger than most near beach. Half mile walk to State Street core. A few blocks from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking - which is a rarity in SB. Will stay here again. Rooms are clean and quiet too. Free wifi that actually works

It was an amazing experience! We loved everything about our room, it was perfection. We stayed in San Clemente casita, which was luxurious, private, and romantic. It was a memorable birthday for my husband.

We stayed in one of the rooms out the back - separate to the main inn - which was very comfortable, quiet and pleasant. The room itself is not huge but very well set up and modern. The fireplace is a nice touch ... the only criticism was the plantation shutters on the windows which look great but don't block...

We love this little inn, from the Spanish-style architecture, to the location by the beach, the free beach cruisers, and the delicious cookies they leave for guests each day in the lobby. We have stayed several times at the Eagle Inn. The bungalows are my favorite lodging choice, but the main building also has its own charm along with views...

Well placed for walking to beach and wharf. Took trolley bus $0.25 each from wharf to end of shops- great way to see everything. Sad that Macy's is closing- huge building in middle of main road. Evening food market (Tuesday) was interesting. Went to brew house two blocks from hotel- excellent food at good prices and great beer just very...

Found this site on tripadvisor and extremely pleased. While I thought the price was on the high side, the Inn is very nice, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and property grounds. Over 2 different stay's within a 2 week period, I stayed in different rooms and different buildings. The rooms in the bungalow rooms are larger and quite comfortable. I...
