Our first time camping in Santa Barbara, not too many options for Rv park around here, so we booked the first available one we could find. This is a very small park, less than 30 spaces. Looks like a family ran operations. Sites are well layed out and enough space for the towed car. Only four bathrooms for the entire...

Thanks for staying with us! Yes, we are a small family owned park, as are most businesses in Santa Barbara. Terry & Deb have been the resident managers for three years now, and they have done an amazing amount of work to make it clean and tidy and well functioning. We do have 8 recording security cameras, but they do...

You won't get a better location in Santa Barbara. Walk to Trader Joe's, minutes to beaches, Milpas Street and State Street. The new owners have really upgraded this park. Deal with a little noise - but anytime a park is near a highway - one has to expect some noise. The convenience and the customer service outweighs the noise.

We agree with you! We are always up front with guests about our location. It comes with some traffic noise, and it also comes with convenience. Terry & Deb work hard to make sure guests feel welcome and that the park is clean and tidy. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon!

Highway noise, overcrowded spaces, cramped bathrooms...... fully enjoyed the Santa Barbara area but this RV park was a total letdown…… keep on driving, there's has to be a better place in Santa Barbara…

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are located right on 101, and we know that traffic noise can bother some people, so that's why we state that on our website. And Santa Barbara is small: small streets, small paseos, small (or nonexistent signs), and so, small park. The bathrooms are small, but they are private...

Really convenient for enjoying Santa Barbara. A short 20 minute walk to East Beach. Clean and small, only 33 sites. Washrooms/shower are individual and clean. Managers Debbie and Terry are fabulous and have lots of see and do info.

Most economic choice because it offers the basics in the City of Santa Barbara. Located along I-101 separated by a concrete wall. Upside is bike to the beach or downtown. You get what you pay for and it is a bargain based on... location, location, location. Take your RV to the beach, drive into the mountains. We lived on Lake...

We're glad you enjoyed your stay, Doug! Santa Barbara is a cool little town and we like that our guests have easy access to all that our fair city has to offer. Most people don't mind the traffic noise, but that's why we put the information right on our website. Thanks for staying with us and we hope we'll see...

Neat, clean comfortable little RV park inside Santa Barbara city limits. Bus stop to city center is just a few blocks away. Access to everything you need is close by and easy. Great place to stay if you want to explore the city. (It's not a "resort", so if you're looking for comforts of a pool, spa, clubhouse, etc. this...

Hi Anne, and thanks for staying with us! You described our little park to a T! Santa Barbara is unique in its vast array of things to do...or not do! You can be as adventurous as you like, or you can just kick back and enjoy the small town ambience of our little city. There really is something for everyone...

LOCATION: It's definitely an urban park, located right next to Highway 101. Noise from the highway was my biggest concern, but it turned out not to be a big issue. There is a 12' high noise barrier wall, which helps. You do still hear the traffic during the day, but the traffic dies down markedly after about 8 pm. I'm...

Thanks so much for your kind words! And, we're glad you enjoyed your stay! Yup, we are a small park, and we try to make the most of what we have, including clean showers, good wifi, and the best managers ever. Thanks for staying with us. We hope you'll stop by on your way through Santa Barbara again!

This RV park is unique. And I mean that in all the good ways. First, it is the only one located in the heart of Santa Barbara. Bring your bikes or rent one as the beach is only a couple blocks away. Downtown is 2.5 miles and a bus will pick you up one block up from the park. This...

Hi Susan: We are honored that you chose to spend part of your anniversary celebration with us! Terry & Deb truly are amazing, and do work really hard. The thing is, they love their work and it shows! Glad you guys had a good time and we do look forward to seeing you again soon...when the sun is shining!

After reading reviews about this urban RV park, I decided it would fit the bill for my weekend in SB by myself. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach off Old Coast Hwy and onto Cabrillo Bl just in time for a beautiful sunset. From there, I walked down State St. and took bus #2 back. Bus stop is...

Sounds like you had a great weekend, Judy! Getting around in Santa Barbara without a car is pretty easy, with a little walking, a city bus and the downtwon/waterfront shuttle. We're glad you like the park! We are small, and yes, next to the freeway, but we do our best to keep things tidy (baths and laundry) and up to...

We have a 40' class A motorhome. Fit in our site with only a couple extra maneuvers. Looks like 45' could also fit in some of the sites - but NOT all. But I would check/reserve in advance as the park looks very busy with lots of rigs coming and going over the course of the week we stayed here....

Aw, thanks, Phil! Terry & Deb are truly the hardest working management team ever...and they somehow "manage" to have a good time while they're at it! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll come back to see us again soon!
