Not a good place with a baby. We were given a room on the second floors with no elevator. We arrived with a baby, luggage, jogging stroller and pregnant. Every time we returned to the hotel I had to wake my child up, ask them to store her food and stroller and then carry her (whilst pregnant) up the stairs....

This hotel is only a block away from the Funk Zone, with several wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Also, only a block from the beach and Stearns Wharf. Within walking distance of the downtown State St. area. Place has a cool European feel to it, including tiny rooms. But, we don't spend much time in our room, so was no...

Our overwhelming first impression of this hotel was that it was perfectly clean, fresh, and bright. The whole place smelled good. I am an IHG Platinum member, so the hotel kindly upgraded us to a king room with a charming enclosed patio, on which we enjoyed our coffee in the morning in the beautiful weather. The hotel is white with...

Loved this hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful -- every last individual with no exceptions. Our concierge, Ciela, went so far as to find nearby restaurants that could accommodate my son, who was still recovering from jaw surgery and had a serious dairy allergy besides. She researched menus and came back with some excellent suggestions. The valet staff (and Ciela...
