We just completed a fantastic week at the FVC. We had been hearing about this camps from friends that have gone over years, but I have to say this trip exceeded expectations. It was a wonderful time for my wife and I and our 6 and 4 year old boys. The FVC is a very well oiled machine, led by...

We love this place and are about to spend our 4th year here. The whole week is planned out perfectly so that you get some great adult time, the kids have an amazing time with their counselors, yet you also feel like you have had a really great week with your kids. You eat in the dorm cafeteria for nearly...

After years of being invited by a very dear friend of mine to attend the UCSB Family Vacation Center, I finally went last week. It was probably the most fun I have had in any one week in a long time. The activities were enjoyable, the setting was beautiful, the staff was kind and well-organized and the other campers were...

This family "camp" provides the perfect blend of family time and couple time. My husband and I love that we get to spend time alone together, with other adults and stress-free family time. I love that I don't have to worry about cooking meals or navigating restaurants with picky small people in tow. I get to enjoy everyday because there...

We've been returning to FVC for 10 years with our extended family. There are activities for everyone, from summer camp for the kids to wine-tasting and pub trivia for the adults. It's located in a gorgeous area right on the beach with plenty of historic venues, shopping, and restaurants nearby. The accommodations are basic (dorm suites) but comfortable, and the...

A perfect spot for families. Our kids (now 3 and 6) look forward to returning every year. So much for them to do and see! Likewise for the adults as well. The days are as full or empty as you'd like them to be. It all adds up to stress-free summer fun you won't soon forget.

This will be our third year back. My children are so excited and speak of FVC often throughout the year. First rate staff and activities. Really great for new moms and dads looking to vacation. Great balance of adult time and family time. Do take advantage of all the kids classes and activities offered!

So, our 3rd annual FVC trip is almost here and we are absolutely looking forward to it. My son was 5 last year and by the end of the trip he was devastated to leave, asking if we could stay an additional week. Now at 6 I am looking forward to seeing how much he'll enjoy himself this year. It's...

My wife and I stayed a second time with our 3 grandchildren, 2 sons and their wives. Once again we had a terrific family vacation and our now preparing for our 3rd visit. Perfect place for the little ones (ages 3-6). It's amazing how much they remember about their experiences there and how much they want to return. Highly recommended!
