This is a 3star motel that punches above its weight, so I’ll add an extra star. It is an older builder, but very well maintained and my room was sparkling clean, and I mean the crevices, corners etc. Check-in was easy. Wi-fi connected and worked as expected. My room, was more like a 500 sq ft apt., with a separate...

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is a motel where my car was literally outside my door. It is an older property. I jokingly referred to it as the Bates Motel. It served its purpose for our stay. We were there to watch softball at Santa Clara University, which was very close.

This hotel is badly in need of a major overhaul. The carpet feels dirty. The bathroom had mold & what looked like cigarette ashes in window sash in bathroom. Bathtub was missing chunks of porcelain. The walls are thin and I could easily hear my neighbors at 1:00AM (ugh!!). For what you get, the price is too high. I have...

This is a very well maintained 3 star hotel in the area. While it may be time to renovate (paint, carpet, restroom), we were happy with our 2-night stay and loved the breakfast buffet, which offered continental breakfast i.e. bagel, cream cheese, eggs, sausage, waffle, cereal, juice. Although aged, the Kohler bathroom fixtures caught my attention! The hotel was located...

My mother stayed at your Quality Inn in Silicon Valley from November 23, 2016 through December 16, 2016 to tend to a family emergency. She was originally told her room rate was going to be $85.49 per night plus tax, which she felt was appropriate. She was charged an average of $97.06 per night for the week of November 23-29,...

The hotel location itself was centrally located and was able to drive to anything I needed within a few miles (whether that be grocery store, restaurants, the gym and even a massage). The front desk help was polite but could have been more accommodating. I happen to be a light sleeper and was kept up on my first night there...

The motel is clean even if it's a bit old. Everything is fairly typical for a Quality Inn facility and quality-wise. The place is surrounded by various Korean restaurants and it is about a 5-min drive to Winchester Mystery House. It's a good hotel to stay for business as well as it's a 10-min drive to Sunnyvale where the tech...

Booked this place to be within easy reach of San Francisco airport for dropping car off. Usual Quality Inn standard with all the usual room facilities. Staff at checkin were very pleasant and room was clean and tidy. This is a mainly asian / eastern area and as such there are many asian , korean, aad chinese restaurants around within...

I stayed here for business for 2 nights. I booked this place since I needed a full kitchen, and other options near SFO and the South Bay were just too expensive, although I did feel what I paid for this place was not of value either. It’s located in the city of Santa Clara and the surrounding area is busy...

My room was fine, but the rest of my stay was VERY frustrating. I received 2 urgent phone calls from the hotel stating that they could not validate my card which frightened me greatly. I am 1200 miles from home, traveling alone. I went by a ATM from my bank and found that there was nothing wrong with the card....
