Does not advertise that it has no AC, Just states it has a "fan". Would not refund money. Small room, small bathroom. Does no have AC, only heat, a ceiling fan, desktop fan. Not comfortable with CA temps.
Visited as a group of three. We had a queen room with 2 doubles the price was reasonable but compared with other parts of America very expensive. The room was small and hot. There was no air con here my own fault really I just...More
The location was great as it was a 15 min walk to the beach through nice neighborhoods. The high temperatures for the week were only in the 70's so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue, but would have been a problem had...More

Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller
coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
