Perfectly nice motel, a 15-20 minute walk from Santa Monica. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. There is a Jack-in the-box and a pub just outside (could be a bit noisy), so ask for a room in the back-yard.
A young man efficiently checked us in. The room was clean, it had wi-fi, cable and a parking spot for our car. It is in a good location and for Santa Monica the price is ok. The only bad thing is the homeless lady sleeping...More
Spent the last night of our roadtrip here. The room is small and it wasn't perfectly clean, however it's ok for a one night stay. There's private parking for guests, which is good. It is very well located, right on Lincoln blvd, with easy access...More

Thank you for your feedback and comments. Yes, the motel is basic, small and old. Have a great day!

Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller
coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
