Great old hotel! Very quiet.Clean. Comfortable. Close to Old Town and Sebastopol, antiques, and fun restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Free handy parking.
Price was competitive with Fairfield Inn in Sebastopol.

We love going to the newer carriage house across the street from the older historic building, it has large rooms with marble bathrooms. The prices are very reasonable ($99.00 for a weeknight), and don't miss the food and shops in the area. The visitor center...More

Go to the visitors' center in the Old Railroad Square district in Santa Rosa. It's in a park across from the Hotel La Rose. They have all the info you want for the entire area from Sonoma and Napa to north of Healdsburg with everything in between. Great maps as well.
Don't leave the window open, the hotel is located in a ghetto and the staff allows suspicious people to stay at the hotel. When I was there the floor smelled of marijuana. It's just not safe. Go someplace else.
