A little confusing to find at first since my maps gps kept taking me to the intersection a block or two away from the actual location. Rooms was nice clean and spacious. We had a queen size bed and one full size that we pushed together for my son to sleep with us. It was fun. The cost for the...

This is a two story motel that looks like it was built in the 50s or 60s. Our room (2 queen beds) had been updated and was clean and pleasant. Everything worked fine -- heating and a/c, shower, sink, refrigerator -- and beds were comfortable. Price on a Thursday in November was $65. Front desk staff were uniformly helpful and...

Friendly reception, given room requested. We had a large double bed in a standard size room. Free wifi great to with package. Lots of free parking. This hotel is set between main roads so there is traffic noise. The room had microwave and fridge and all the items you expect from a hotel. Good shower both with heat and power....

Clean, welcoming, easy access to Highway, Monterey, and anywhere else you want to go. Was quiet. They were trying to fix a plumbing issue near our room, but it was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here four days in September. Price was the factor. Minimal continental breakfast included. Good location for Monterrey activities and Central Coast exploring. Neighborhood is car dealer row. Baths were updated but the property is very tired. Parking is barely adequate.

My best friend and I wanted to explore the Monterey area but wanted reasonable and pleasant accommodations. the Sand Castle Inn i n Seaside is just north of Monterey. A friendly family run motel with plenty of parking and off the main drag so it is quiet. The room was modern, beds comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom with...

VERY CLEAN!! I picked this hotel because it was the cheapest with good reviews near Monterey. It is walking distance to many restaurants & right next to Gusto Italian. The inside of the room was incredibly clean. Their was no dust or hair. No mildew in the bathroom or the shower curtain. The tub looked brand new it was so...

No value for money, the motel is too expensive, the employees, or owner I don't know, is not very customer friendly. Rooms are clean and big, the security bold on the door was broken, the bathroom wasn't the best I've seen for this kind of cash, to find a good restaurant requires a car, or a long walk, nothing special...

Granted, we did stay there during peak season and a jazz festival, so prices were high everywhere. But $250/night for this place was pretty darn high. The hotel itself was a little rundown. I had read complaints about parking and we did not have a problem there. Lights by the beds didn't work, alarm clock was unplugged, some mold in...
