I was in Sebastopol for business and this was one of the very few accommodations I could find in town. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room and bed were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly when I interacted wit them. The included breakfast was ok, perhaps a bit better than the standard...

Overall, this hotel would have qualified as mediocre at best, BUT: I got to my room after a 10-hour day and even with my allergies at their worst after all day around a farm, I could tell there was a minor chemical smell. It wasn't bad and I was exhausted, so I ignored it and went to sleep. When I...

OaklandBuckeye, thanks for letting us know about your stay at our hotel. After doing my research into your situation, I found out your stay was in August of this year and the GSA (Guest Service Agent) who you spoke to about your $250 smoking fee had just started working at the front desk. We admit that at the time that...

I took a quick trip and was so glad I booked at this hotel. It was beautiful, the rooms were clean and a great size. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Even though things aren't within walking distanc, they are only a quick 4 min drive and there is plenty of parking. I liked the fact I had a...

We used our reward points to stay at this hotel. It was in a good location near restaurants and the downtown area, but not within walking distance. Parking was plentiful, too. We have stayed at many Fairfield Inn & Suites and we found this particular hotel in need of renovation. Everything in the hotel was dated and not in line...

Virginians - J- and-S, thanks for your comments regarding your recent stay. I would like to explain that we built the hotel and designed the interior, especially the lobby area, as more of a rustic lodge-like feel. So there is more wood trim and stone work than you may see at a typical FFIS. In the next few months, we...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel awhile ago and had a fabulous experience - it was a very nice location in an awesome part of California. When TripAdvisor asked for more hotel reviews, this hotel came to mind immediately. We had a very nice mini-suite, and right across the street was a cute grocery/wine shop where we could...

This was actually the best price we could find in the Santa Rosa area...not sure what was going on, but prices were ridiculous. The hotel was in a good location for the area we planned on visiting the first 2 days of our vacation, so it worked out OK. Rooms were OK, beds were not the best and the pillows...

Arkies10, we appreciate your comments about your recent stay. Sonoma County's high rates are a result of our area having become a prime destination for many people. The wine industry started the fascination with the area (we have a booming small family winery collection in our area), but our natural attractions, i.e. Bodega Bay, Armstrong Woods etc, are also appreciated...

Fairfield Inn and Suites is clean, the rooms are spacious, there are reading lights and a comfortable chair. In addition, I have to give them the 5th star for their handling of my personal items left behind in a drawer. It was my fault, but they sent me the items promptly by UPS and didn't charge me anything. It was...

Thank you Mr. Brian from the front desk, you have made our stay ! Sometimes first impression counts. After a rough day on the evening before, we arrived at 6:50 PM and were admitted by Brian at the front desk. He had a good willing smile, attitude and recommendations provided - caused us to like this hotel. We got two...

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient. The public areas and rooms are well maintained and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool and spa plus a small gym with 24 hour access. The free, comprehensive breakfast was nice and great that it started at 6am...
