Great venue for wedding!! The courtyard where the ceremony was held was very pretty and beautifully decorated, simple but elegant. Weather was perfect and they even provided little umbrellas for those that get too much sun in their eyes. Cocktail and appetizers were pretty tasty including mac & cheese arancini balls (deep fried), pulled pork slider, ahi tuna on chip...

With only six guest rooms, Ramekins feels like home! Well-appointed rooms that don't skimp on size. The most friendly folks ever are there to make your stay enjoyable. If you like a laid-back, non-crowded, luxurious stay in Sonoma...this is it! Note that Ramekin does not offer meal services, except for a continental breakfast.

We booked a room (1 of 6 that are there) on the ap "hotel tonight" as well as booking a cooking class online for the same evening. The small inn is mostly a culinary school with simply but nicely decorated rooms which have balconies and surround a courtyard. They have a simple breakfast outside the rooms which consisted of small...

We booked a room at Ramekins because we took an evening Cooking Class there. I was happily surprised. Tho' charming, the room wasn't particularly large, but there was a little balcony to watch over the grounds. There were no outdoor evening events during our stay, but had there been I'm pretty sure the noise would be a big deterrent to...

My husband and I loved our night at Ramekins and found it convenient to town restaurants and shops. We were vacationing in the area and visiting wine country so we enjoyed this lovely inn. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are VERY comfortable and the room was clean and very nicely decorated with a French feel. I really...

Ramekins Culinary School & Inn is more school than inn. It offers catering, cooking classes, lectures, even musical evenings. A staff of mostly friendly folks spend their days organizing classes and peddling the small but attractive facility as a great spot for weddings and special events. Maybe so. What Ramekins is not great at is being a B&B, where presumably...

So we paid $120 for cooking lessons (we got a discount from Groupon). Well what I thought was cooking lessons. In fact, groups of 2 are made and you have to choose from appetizer (shrimp wrapped in procietto), dessert (pot de creme) , soup (pear & squash), vegetable (carrots), main (pork loin), side (potatoes) and other (shortbread for soup). So...

Just a few blocks from town--an easy stroll. Each morning they served an excellent breakfast. We did not dine at the inn otherwise. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and offered complimentary water, juice and sodas at anytime. The room was spacious and both room and bath were modest and very clean. The mattress was very comfortable--like being at home....

My husband and I attended the premiere adult culinary and wine camp at Ramekins. All I can say is sign up quickly for the October class. Bill, Lisa, Doug, Seth, Roger and the rest of the Ramekins family made us feel more welcome and at home than I have ever felt in a hotel. The guest chefs Mary, Pierre, Diane,...

We attended a cooking class purchased from a groupon. There were 12 people in the class and it was a "hands-on" class which meant we all took part in preparing at least part of the meal. All ingredients were measured and prepared for us, so we just had to follow the recipes (with instructions from the chef) and turned out...

“There are only 6 rooms and we toured all of them. All are nicely decorated (I like classic simple tuscan decor.) Check and see if there is a function in the courtyard and don't book for that night if that is the case. Take a cooking class when you are there- it is lots of fun!”
