Professional, neat, clean, kindness all the way around. We enjoyed the stay, I would love to visit again in the future. The breakfast was outstanding along with the service. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

No need to say anything but, no hot water for two days. "BUMMER" on a three day vacation in San Francisco, and no hot water in the room for two of the three days, go figure. The hotel had an ample opportunity to advise us of the hot water problem but obviously chose not to do so, leaving it's guest...

The hotel was alright. A little run down, elevators were slow, carpet and furniture had mystery stains. The second day there was no hot water, and staff did not apologize. Very disappointing. Location is bizarre- there is nothing around the area at all. Next time I will stay at the one in Burlingame.

Week PC road trip..early home flight. Location near airport. Nothing in area. Strictly for travel or business in area. Industrial area. No nearby restaurants/attractions. Ideal for airport but don't expect to do anything in area other than rest. Shuttle Comfortable clean

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We went site seeing 10 am the following morning and took down the do not disturb sign upon leaving. When we came back that evening the room was not serviced (i.e. trash not taken out, beds not made, linens not refreshed). The front desk gentleman told me they don’t...

Great location close to airport, easy access to Hwy 101, and shuttle to/from airport worked great. We stayed first and last nights of our 7 day vacation. The day we left I had the made to order omelet and made to order waffle and both were great.

We stayed for 5 nights here. It is an easy drive from the airport. Everyday pick up your free coffee/tea from the lobby. In the evenings, take a refreshing drink flavored with fresh fruits. We saw that there is a shuttle for pickup though we did not use it as we drove. A large parking area but mostly filled in...

I would recommend this hotel for business, not for a family vacation stay. The staff was helpful and courteous during my stay. The rooms were clean and the food was good, especially preferred the buffet breakfast. I would stay here again.
