A true vacation experience--the hotel is almost like a spa: excellent breakfast, heated pool (never overcrowded), beautifully designed and appointed rooms. The staff? Unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable.

Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. All you'd expect from a professional establishment, without any glitches. The free breakfast is free, coffee 24/7 at the front desk and smiles that felt genuine from the staff.

Took my beautiful fiancée to see a concert at the sap centre so looked for something close this hotel was just 10 miles away. Check in was quick with the staff being friendly and helpful. Got to the room everything good except having a leaking toilet and being tired didn't tell the front desk until the morning where they changed...

Stayed overnight to visit family with my girlfriend and I can honestly say that this hotel is a perfect little getaway. Front desk staff did a phenomenal job. Alex, Steve and Jacob were very welcoming at check in.

Wild Palms is a reasonably priced, clean, conveniently located place to stay, and that's saying a lot in this area. The rooms are even decorated creatively so they don't feel quite so motel-like. But my overall experience was not great. Most importantly, the mattress was too soft, so my back hurt all week. It also made squeaky spring noises every...

They have nice clean rooms. The pool area is very nicely landscaped and invinting. The breakfast is decent especially since it is included. The downside is I had some issues connecting to WiFi with my laptop.

The hotel is a little unusual: it has a beach-side feel even though it's in San Jose. It's next to a busy road and the room we had was the closest of all. The traffic is very noisy and starts extremely early in the morning. Ask for a room on one of the sides away from the busy road -...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of you recent stay at the Wild Palms. The traffic on Wolfe Road does start early, I apologize that your rest was interrupted by it. We do hope to have you as our guest again soon. Cheers!

This is a great hotel if you want to forget where you are...... the cute rooms, the sound of the fountain, the amenities (the year around heated pool is why we chose it). Admittedly, the breakfast was only so-so, the business office computer was out of service, and I had a tough time connecting to the wi-fi, but overall -...

Good rooms and services. Exceeded my expectations. Would come back to the hotel if I need to return to the area. Nice outside swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast. Convenient to highways but not so close to get traffic noise.

Everything was great, except we had problems with the key cards, not working. We had to go up to the front desk twice, because they did not both work for the door or the gate. The front desk had to re-enter them.

Thank you for your review of your recent stay at the Wild Palms Hotel. The keys are indeed very sensitive to anything with Magnets and batteries. I do apologize you had to return twice to have this corrected. we are working on a new key entry system.
