Guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and had a big attitude when trying to book two very expensive rooms...I would never recommend staying there, very bad customer service and very arrogant!!

Were very sorry if you felt any unprofessionalism from our staff on the phone. I assure you it will not happen again. We hope that you may call us again in the future for a booking. We would love to show you what true hospitality is.

This was our second stay at the Sutter Creek Inn. It's perfectly located, and a good value. It feels like ownership has changed since the last time we were there -- it feels slightly more disorganized than on our first trip, but people seem to be trying. It seems to have lost a little of its luster... it could use...

I have had the pleasure of trying three different rooms at Sutter Creek Inn and each was a delight. Once I stepped onto the grounds, I had that "ahhhhh.....relax" feeling. There are so many little nooks to take advantage of and just nap if you want. In the afternoon they have cookies and lemonaid. Inn the morning a delicious breakfast...

I just had one of the most unpleasant conversations I've ever had with an Innkeeper! I called and spoke to a nice young man who mentioned there was a single room available for the busy weekend. He mentioned that although the room had two twin beds, we could push them together for my wife and me. He asked how old...

My wife and I just returned from probably our 6th or 7th time at this inn. We have stayed at many B&Bs in many states over the years, and we always return to the Sutter Creek Inn as one of our favorites. We love how eclectic it is, with so many different room choices, each with it's own charm. We...

Great B&B in the middle of this little old town. Old house, beautiful antique furniture. Really cosy english style. The room we stayed in had a little private patio, bathroom with bath and shower are very nicely done and spacious. The owners are very friendly and we had a very good, homemade breakfast. I can recommend this to everyone

This place is cute and quaint! We woke to the best coffee in my life and they made a fruit bowl in the shape of a turkey on Thanksgiving! Very entertaining and accommodating staff who catered to our every need! Every one of the17 rooms has been given a name and each has its own personality from what I can...

Stayed here for a wedding in the local vineyards and was super impressed. The hotel is spotless and the staff are super accommodating - even when they had a fully booked hotel. Rooms are a bit small but the hotel is a landmark and has a lot of the original architecture from the gold rush era. Lots of history here...

My boyfriend booked us a room to stay here for my 30th birthday. Coincidentally, my birthday falls on the first weekend in October, and unbeknownst to us, we booked during the big crush weekend (we didn't know about it until the week of my birthday...but we will get to that later). He specifically booked a room without a hanging bed...
