We stayed at Pepper Tree Inn from Monday-Wednesday. The room was clean and we had a 5th floor room with a shared balcony. This hotel is very noisy with the traffic going by constantly. Also, it was quite warm in N.Tahoe and the rooms do not have air conditioning. All we had to get air movement was a small portable...

Chose this hotel because it seemed like the best combination of price and style. It's a funny-looking tall building, not sure what it was originally built for, but because of that it has a gorgeous view of the lake. The building is only one-room thick, that is to say, every room has a window on the back side as well...

Perfect location to walk around town and to the restaurants! The room was very nice, as was the bathroom. There is a fridge and microwave. The hotel also has a great complimentary breakfast from 7-10am. Overall, perfect location to everything...very nice stay!!

I've stayed here a few times and it's now July 4th weekend, a very busy time. It's decor is more rustic mountain like but is very clean and has all of the amenities I need for a short stay. Rooms have mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker (with bean grinder!), ironing board, flat screen TV, fan for warmer days. Plus the hotel...

Centrally located near the beach, mall, and restaurants. We walked a few blocks to the dam. Interesting pictures on how it was built. We ate at a local restaurant. We did not have to drive at all. Rooms had a rustic bear theme. Very good breakfast buffet in a separate ding facility.

We stayed one night (June 20th), arriving at 8pm. Greeted by owners Samantha and Bill, who were both so lovely and helpful. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. Our room was on the 4th level and we had a lovely view of the lake. Due to the late hour, a lot of food places were...

This hotel has clean rooms, with very comfortable beds with upgraded linens. The room I stayed in even had a Jacuzzi tub which was awesome. On top of the tower we could see a full view of lake Tahoe and its shores near by. The free breakfast is honest and delicious. Deffinantly a good buy.

We stayed on the 7th floor, there was a tree in front of our window but a nice view from the front walkway. The room was a little small considering there were 4 of us and a baby but very clean and the staff was very helpful. They provided a crib for the baby The free breakfast was nice with...

I took my son on a skiing trip that included four days skiing at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, on a non-holiday Monday - Thursday. I decided we would stay in Tahoe City, which is both on beautiful Lake Tahoe and the closet community to those ski resorts. After looking online, I booked Pepper Tree Inn, paying in advance. That...

This place was perfect. My friend and I got a great deal on 2 day passes at Homewood and we needed a place to spend the night. My parents recommended the Peppertree and I'm so grateful. It was already a great price but, my friend got an extra 10% off for having AAA. The location is right in Tahoe City...
